따라서, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 연료펌프가 장착되는 브라켓을 일정각도 경사지게 설치하고, 그 브라켓에 연료펌프를 장착하므로서, 연료펌프에서 발생되는 작동소음이 연료펌프의 바닥면에 대해 일정각도 경사지게 배출되도록 하여 발생된 작동소음이 연료펌프의 바닥면에 반사되면서 외부로 유출되는 양이 감소되도록 하고, 또한 연료펌프의 직하방에 스크린필터를 설치함에 따라 연료펌프에서 배출되는 작동소음이 스크린필터에 부딪히면서 1차 감쇄되도록 하여 전체적으로 연료펌프의 작동소음이 현저히 감쇄되도록 한 연료펌프의 작동소음 감소를 위한 연료펌프 장착구조에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A check valve structure of a reservoir cup is provided to prevent the hesitation of an engine and the failure of a starting operation and to improve the durability by changing the shape and the thickness of the check valve under the reservoir cup. CONSTITUTION: A hole having various steps is formed under a reservoir cup to maintain the sealing property at the closing of a check valve(40). The check valve comprises a supporting portion(41), a sealing potion(42) and a fixing portion(43). The supporting portion is formed by a strong curved face having the elasticity to prevent the transformation at the opening of the check valve. The sealing portion is extended from both ends of the supporting portion to firmly maintain the sealed status of the reservoir cup. The fixing portion seals the hole at the upward movement by inserting in the hole of the reservoir cup. Thereby, fuel is smoothly flowed when the check valve is opened and the sealing property is improved when the check valve is closed.
