    Abstract: PURPOSE: A door outside belt weather strip for a vehicle is provided to improve the sealing performance by preventing rotation and downward fixing of a fixed part and to prevent noise. CONSTITUTION: In a door outside belt weather strip for a vehicle, a fixed part(2) is formed to a weather strip body. In the fixed part, an outer rib(3) is formed to the upper end and a belt rib(4) is formed to the outer lower end and a reinforcing core(5) is inserted in the inside. A sealing rib(7) is pneumatically extruded to the inside of the fixed part to form an insertion cavity(6) in the fixed part. First and second support protrusions(8,8') are formed to an inner wall of the insertion cavity and a fitting projection(9) is formed to the lower end of the inner wall. A horizontal fitting protrusion(10) is formed to the upper part of an outer wall of the insertion cavity and a support plate(11) seated between the first and second support protrusions is formed to the lower end of the outer wall. A flange(32) covering a reinforcing member is formed to the upper end of a door outer panel(30) and a fitting piece(33) is formed to the inner lower end of the flange. The insertion cavity is inserted into the flange and the first and second support protrusions and the support plate are supported to the both sides of the flange. The fitting piece is fitted to the horizontal surface of the fitting piece.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A combination structure of a rear door side weather strip is provided to improve a shock absorbing force upon closing a door, to reduce wind noise and to enhance air-tightness by improving the combination stiffness of the rear door side weather strip. CONSTITUTION: An upper part of a rear door side weather strip(25) is fixed to a rear door channel frame by a fixing pin. A reinforcing portion(25a) is integrally formed on a lower end part of the rear door side weather strip. The reinforcing portion sequentially penetrates through a rear door inner panel(26) and a rear door outer panel(21) and covers a screw(32) for connecting a rear door outer belt weather strip(23). The reinforcing portion is inserted in a screw washer(33) and firmly fixed by the combination of a mounting clip(35) and the screw washer. Thereby, the lower end portion of the rear door side weather strip is prevented from being separated from a combined portion between the rear door outer and inner panels upon opening and closing the rear door. Further, wind noise is minimized and NVH(noise vibration harshness) performance is improved.

The panel hinge reinforcement part includes at least two flat parts(32) having planes and at least one housing part(34) bent at each flat part toward the inside of the vehicle to form the plane, and the two flat parts are combined to the inside of the side outer panel and the plane of the housing part is connected to the outside of the side outer reinforcement panel. The hinge extension part is extended from a hinge tool(H) of the front door positioned at the outside of the side outer panel and is connected to the central part of the side outer panel.
