Abstract: PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy plating method and a pretreatment method for the same are provided to improve plating adhesion by implementing pretreatment for forming a substitution copper film on the surface of a magnesium alloy. CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy plating method comprises the steps of implementing pretreatment on a magnesium alloy surface to form a substitution copper film and implementing copper or nickel electroplating using a pyrophosphate copper-containing solution or a pyrophosphate nickel-containing solution as plating bath. In the pretreatment step, the magnesium alloy is dipped in a solution including NaF, Na4P2O7, and CuSO4 at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION: A crash pad insertion device comprises a longitudinal sliding unit(12), a vertical moving block(23), and a support(25). The longitudinal sliding unit is moved along a guiderail(11).
