Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for simultaneously crushing glasses of front and rear doors of a waste automobile is provided which recycles crushed glass pieces collected at the lower part of a body of the automobile by crushing the front and rear door glass at the same time and blowing the crushed glasses to the outside of the body using a crusher. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for simultaneously crushing glasses(110,120) of front and rear doors of a waste automobile(100) comprises a turning device(10) capable of rotating the fixed waste automobile to an angle of 180 degrees after fixing a waste automobile which is prepared for crushing the glasses with body fixing means; a crusher(20) which is installed so that it is moved in a length direction on the same line as the glass(120) of the rear door of the waste automobile rotated by the turning device, thereby flown into the inside of the waste automobile, and at both sides of which at least four punch parts impacting each of the glasses(110,120) of the front and rear doors at the same time are installed; and a pair of protectors(30) which are formed in such a shape that the side and lower parts of the waste automobile mounted onto the turning device are enveloped so as to collect glass pieces bounced to the outer side of the doors after being crushed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically washing polyurethane foam and fiber materials of a scrapped car is provided to remove pollutants from the polyurethane foam and fiber materials by generating vortex of cleaning liquid using a high temperature and high pressure nozzle and an air sprayer. Abstract: One stop type scrapped vehicle dismantling system is provided to reduce the area of an existing dismantling system to a level of at least 1/5 by performing almost all dismantling processes at one place.
