Abstract: PURPOSE: A parking brake system for a vehicle is provided to prevent release of an operation for the parking brake by releasing the operation of the parking brake only when a push button is pressurized and an operating lever is raised. CONSTITUTION: A parking brake system for a vehicle has a buffer operating force transmitting device(22). The buffer operating force transmitting device is installed between a push rod(16) and a pawl(18). The buffer operating force transmitting device has a leaf spring member on a tip. A curling portion is formed to the leaf spring member integrally. The buffer operating force transmitting device is connected to a tip of the push rod with a connecting member. Therein, a movement of the pawl is not made by absorbing external force of a bush button(14). Abstract: PURPOSE: A guide pin coupling device of a disk brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent wear and thermal deformation of a guide pin by minimizing contact resistance with point contacting the guide pin of a caliper. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake of a vehicle is composed of a carrier(3) attached to a knuckle; a housing(1) connected to the carrier by a guide pin; and a pad compressed to both faces of a disk according to reciprocating motion of a piston operated by hydraulic pressure in the housing. The guide pin is combined with the housing by a bolt(31), and slid in a pin hole(3a) of the carrier. A sleeve(32) is inserted between the outer periphery of the guide pin and the pin hole of the carrier to improve damping force between the housing and the carrier. The guide pin is point-contacted by a ball bearing in sliding in the pin hole. The guide pin connecting apparatus of the disk brake prevents dragging between the disk and the pad and frictional wear of the guide pin, and minimizes the thermal deformation by damping with the sleeve.
