Abstract: PURPOSE: Fixing structure of a rear garnish for a vehicle is provided to prevent theft of articles in a trunk by restricting exposure of a lamp insertion hole or a bolt insertion hole with installing a metal protecting plate between a trunk lid panel and the rear garnish and mounting a pin in the end of a rear garnish fixing bolt in breaking the rear garnish. CONSTITUTION: Lamp insertion holes(2,2') and bolt insertion holes(7) are formed in a trunk lid panel(1), and number plate lamps(5,5') are inserted to lamp insertion holes and fixed by taping screws. A rear garnish(8) is fixed by assembling a nut in the trunk lid panel in inserting bolts to bolt insertion holes. A metal protecting plate(20) is installed in the rear garnish by shielding taping screws, and a pin is installed in the end of the bolt for preventing separation of the nut. Theft is prevented by restricting exposure of lamp and bolt insertion holes in breaking the rear garnish.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wheel guard structure is provided to stop up opening between an engine room and the outside of a car body to prevent the noise generated by the engine driving from leaking. CONSTITUTION: A wheel guard(10) is installed on a side of a car body. The front end of the wheel guard is placed under a front bumper so that a fog lamp(30) is placed on the front bumper. A cover(11) is placed on the bottom of the wheel guard to open and close an adjusting hole(12) formed to easily adjust the fog lamp. The cover is detached only when the fog lamp is adjusted by an adjusting knob(31) and closes the adjusting hole(12) otherwise.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차의 가니쉬 마운팅 구조에 관한 것으로서, 아우터 패널의 플랜지부 체결홀에 끝단이 막힌 클로즈 타입의 그로밋을 실러 도포 전에 먼저 삽입한 후 그로밋 주변의 가니쉬 마운팅 부위를 포함한 인너 패널 끝단 가장자리 전 구간에 걸쳐서 실러를 도포함으로써, 종래 실러가 미도포된 가니쉬 마운팅 부위에서 발생되던 패널 부식을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있게 되는 가니쉬 마운팅 구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 가니쉬 마운팅 구조에 의하면, 아우터 패널의 플랜지부 체결홀에 그로밋이 삽입된 후 실러가 도포되므로, 이 실러가 도장공정에서 녹더라도 아우터 패널의 체결홀을 막는 일이 없게 되고, 결국 실러가 가니쉬 마운팅 부위를 포함한 전 구간에 걸쳐 도포됨으로 해서 패널 부위의 부식을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 끝단이 막힌 클로즈 타입의 그로밋을 사용하여, 그로밋 삽입 후 실러가 도포되더라도 그로밋 내부의 스크류 체결부위에는 실러가 절대 유입되지 않게 되며, 이에 스크류 체결부위의 막힘에 의해 가니쉬의 조립이 안되는 문제는 없게 된다.
