Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid sheet material having a satisfactory restoration property in the case of extending it on a planer direction and of compressing it in a thickness direction. SOLUTION: The solid sheet material 10 has a first layer 1 and a second layer 2 adjoining to the same, wherein the first layer 1 and the second layer 2 are partly joined with a joining part 3 with a given pattern and the first layer 1 is formed into a three dimensional solid shape between the joining part 3 and the second layer 2 is formed by a material exhibiting an elastomeric behavior, and the whole sheet exhibits an elastomeric behavior and has a gas permeability at the same time. The sheet is excellent in retention of water-based detergent and has high detergency and stains are hard to transfer to the back side and has good feeling of use.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated sheet of low basis weight and high mechanical strength having large perforation area (perforation size) and a perforation ratio, and to provide a method for economically and efficiently producing such a sheet through eliminating waste of a material. SOLUTION: This sheet-like pack 10A has a multilayer type moisture- permeable supporter 1x obtained by laminating a hydrophilic layer 2, a first water-repellent layer 3a and a second water-repellent layer 3b in order, and a film-formable cosmetic 4. The hydrophilic layer 2, the first water-repellent layer 3a and the second water-repellent layer 3b are each composed of a nonwoven fabric, and the hydrophilic layer 2 and the first water-repellent layer 3a are connected by a partial seal. The second water-repellent layer 3b is formed by fiber entanglement, and the film-formable cosmetic 4 is at least held by the hydrophilic layer 2.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve various properties, such as dry feel, by constituting a front surface sheet of specific number of sheets of nonwoven fabrics having many apertures and joining these nonwoven fabrics to each other at the peripheral edges of these apertures. SOLUTION: The front surface sheet 1 of the absorptive articles comprises >=2 layers the nonwoven fabrics 7, 7' having the many apertures 6, 6.... The nonwoven fabrics produced by a card method are usable as the nonwoven fabrics 7, 7' and more particularly there are no limitations. While the thickness and basis weight of the nonwoven fabrics are not particularly limited, the thickness under loading about 0.5g/cm is preferably about 0.4 to 1.5mm in terms of hand and workability. The nonwoven fabric 7 of the upper layer and the nonwoven fabrics 7' of the lower layer are joined to each other at the peripheral edges of the respective apertures 6 and are not joined exclusive of these peripheral edges. As a result, liquid hardly migrates exclusive of the peripheral edges of the apertures 6 and the residues 9, 9' are generated respectively. The impression of the decreased liquid residues is eventually visually given. The soft fell, etc., inherent to the nonwoven fabrics remain in the parts which are not joined. The hand, etc., are improved as well.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a nonwoven fabric capable of preventing the leak of high viscosity body fluid, thus suitable for paper diapers. etc. by heating and melting, in an uneven form into integration, a nonwoven fabric containing a specified amount of conjugate fiber made up of the low melting component and high melting component, at such temperatures as to melt the low melting component. CONSTITUTION:A nonwoven fabric containing >=50wt.% of conjugate fiber made up of the low melting component (e.g. polyethylene) and the high melting component (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate) ( pref. >=30 deg.C in melting point difference) is heated and melted in an uneven form into integration at such temperatures as to melt the low melting component using pref. hot air, thus obtaining the objective nonwoven fabric where recesses B 0 to 2X10 g/mm in fiber assembly density and rises A 1X10 to 8X10 g/mm in fiber assembly density are dispersed (pref. regularly at a pitch of 3-20mm).
