CONSTITUTION:The cocondensate of one or >=2 kinds of compds. shown by the formula and a substance condensable with formaldehyde or its neutralized salt is used as the main component of the cement admixture. In the formula, R1 is a 1-3C straight or branchedchain alkyl, AO is a 2-3C oxyalkylene group, and (n) is an integer of 30 to 100. The compd. shown by the formula is polyoxyalkylenealkylphenol, and the addition product of 100-300 mols of an oxyalkylene group to phenol, cresol, ethylphenol, etc., is exemplified. A benzene ring derivative or a naphthalene ring derivative is preferably used as the cocondensable substance.
