Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic capable of readily coloring the hair, having good touch feeling of the hair after coloring and having reduced transfer of color to cloth, etc. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic comprises (A) coloring agent particles containing a coloring material in particles comprising a shell part containing a hydrophilic polymer as a component and a core part containing a hydrophobic polymer as a component and (B) silicones.
