PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network auction exhibition support system or the like with which everybody can easily exhibit an article on an auction site. SOLUTION: Exhibitor terminal equipment 100 of an exhibitor desiring the exhibition on a network auction, a server device 300 for storing the image of the exhibited article and an auctioneer server device 400 for the network auction are connected via a public line network at least and the exhibitor terminal equipment is provided with an image fetching means for fetching the image of the exhibited article by an image pickup means, a transfer means for transferring the fetched image of the exhibited article to the image storage server device and a registration means for registering the exhibited article in the server device 400 on the basis of the image information of the exhibited article stored in the image storage server device and automatically performs processing from photographing of the exhibited article and working of the image to the registration on the auction site.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a commerce between a seller a user at a proper article price by suitably transmitting the proper article price balancing supply and demand to the user. SOLUTION: An article information providing device 14 receives and records the selling conditions of a prescribed article transmitted from an article seller terminal 13 through a network 11. Besides, the article information providing device 14 receives and records the buying conditions of the article transmitted from a user terminal 12a through the network 11. Then, the article information providing device 14 compares the recorded selling conditions with the recorded buying conditions and evaluates them. When it is judged that the comparison result satisfies a prescribed judgement reference, the article information providing device 14 transmits the prescribed article information containing the comparison result through the network 11 to the user terminal 12a. SOLUTION: In steps S11, S12, when a mobile information device discriminates that it receives a destination identification ID sent from a wireless base station for mobile terminals, the mobile information device compares the destination identification ID with registration information stored in a memory. In a step S13, in the case it is determined that matching between the registered destination identification ID and the registration information stored in the memory exists, the mobile information device informs a user about it that the user approaches the destination by sound, light or vibration in a step S14.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idea investing device, an idea applying device and a method for them, capable of collecting an investor relative to an idea, raising a fund for applying the idea, increasing the convenience of the investor, and preventing the idea from being made publicly known and from being pirated. SOLUTION: A membership registration request from a terminal device 2a or a terminal device 2b is received, and questions relating to identity is outputted to the terminal device. Identity information based on the answer of a membership registration requester to the questions is collected in an identity investigating department 17, and is notified to a membership administration department 12. In response to the information notified, whether the membership registration request is permitted or not is judged. If a display requester for information relating to stocks received by a stock publishing department 14 is a registered member, the information is displayed for the member. In addition, if a sales requester for the stock received by a stock sales department 16 is a member, the stock is sold to the member.

SOLUTION: In a database DB1 - the database DBn, at least, one piece of attribute data corresponding to a prescribed attribute for featuring the idea and evaluation values corresponding to the respective attribute data are stored. Also, at least, one piece of the attribute data is inputted to a value evaluation part 13 and the evaluation value corresponding to the attribute data is retrieved in the data base DB1- database DBn. Then, in the value evaluation part 13, the value of the idea is evaluated on the basis of the retrieved evaluation value. For instance, the value of the idea is evaluated on the basis of the total of the plurality of inputted evaluation values. Or the inputted evaluation values are individually weighted corresponding to the interrelation of the plurality of inputted pieces of the attributed data and the value of the idea is evaluated on the basis of the weighted evaluation values.

CONSTITUTION:The answer message 16 consists of a head part 17 and a message part 18, and plural head parts are prepared, and the answer message to make other side say his name is recorded in the respective head parts 17a, 17b, 17c. When the call arrives, one of the plural head parts 17a, 17b, 17c, for instance, the head part 17a is selected. After the transmission of the head part 17a of the answer message is finished, a recording/reproducing part is switched to a recording mode for a prescribed time. When the next call arrives, the head part 17a-17x of the answer message 16 different from that of the previous time is selected. Therefore, even for the caller calling so many times, possibility that he becomes aware of that this side is receiving by the automatic answering telephone set is a little.

PURPOSE:To efficiently transmit a message, by reading out the dial number of the telephone system of a transfer opposite, sendins the message through a prescribed time of nonaudio state after detecting a reception voice, and operating an automatic answering telephone set when no reception voice is detected in a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:By operating a keyboard 8, the dial numbers of the telephone systems, for example, 2, 3, and 4 of the transfer opposites are stored in a memory 15, and simultaneously, the message desired to be transferred is recorded at a recording and reproducing device 9. Next, by depressing a transfer start button, a network device 10 is connected to a telephone line, and also, the dial signal of the device 2 is read out from the memory 15, and a dial device 11 performs the dial call of the device 2. In this way, the call tone of the device 2 is sent to a device 1. At this time, the device 1 is set at a state to detect the presence/absence of a voice signal from the line, then, the call tone is detected. Simultaneously, an intermittent signal tone is sent from an intermittent tone oscillator 12 to the line via the device 1. At this time, by raising a handset by a transfer opponent, and generating the nonaudio state for the prescribed time, the message is outputted. PURPOSE:To send a character or the like without using an expensive MODEM by using an encoder and a decoder for a DTMF signal. CONSTITUTION:A sentence is inputted from a full keyboard 81 at the sender side, stored in a RAM 43 and when a transmission switch 52F is depressed, a contact 22 is made via a relay 23 and amplifiers 15, 36 are muted by a signal from a controller 40. When an opposite telephone number is inputted from a dial key 11, the sentence data stored in the RAM 43 is fed to the encoder 12 and converted into DTMF signals, one set by pairs according to the code table one by one character and the result is sent to a line 1. The DTMF signal is decoded by a decoder 33 at the reception side, fed to the controller 40, the character is demodulated according to the decode table, stored in the RAM 43 and fed to a display device 82 and a printer 83.
