    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a multineedle electrode head which is easy in making matrix of wiring, large in degree of freedom and excellent in head touch by a method wherein a first pattern wiring extending longitudinally is formed inside a substrate, a second pattern wiring extending crosswise is formed on the surface of the substrate, and the first and second pattern wirings are connected to each other. CONSTITUTION:Dot like recording electrodes 2 and a matrix wiring are printed to be formed on a ceramics substrate 1 by screen printing. Respective recording electrodes 2 are arranged in two lines along both side fringed of one longitudinal side surface 1a of the substrate 1. Pattern wirings 3 to be connected to respective recording electrodes 2 are formed by printing so as to extend in the cross direction of the substrate 1 on both main surfaces 1b, 1c of the substrate 1. The pattern wiring 3 is connected to a pattern wiring 5 to be arranged in parallel inside the substrate 1 via a through hole 4 provided to the substrate 1. Since the recording electrodes are formed by printing on the edge of the ceramics substrate, head touch to a recording medium is made excellent. Design freedom of the shape, size, etc. of the recording head is improved, and they can be easily modified according to the application.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To transfer an unmagnified image displayed on a blackboard display member on large plain paper by providing a mechanism which switches and displays an erecting image and a mirror image on the blackboard display member and mechanism which transfers the image on the plain paper at the time the mirror image is displayed. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic recording medium 1 as the blackboard display member is disposed so as to be transmitted endlessly through a feeding mortor 2 and a driving roller 3. An electrostatic recording head 6, a cleaning member 8 and a developing device 12 are provided while facing to the electrostatic recording medium 1. The blackboard display member 1 is provided with the mechanism which switches and displays the electing image and the mirror image on the blackboard display member 1 and the mechanism which transfers the image at the time the mirror image is displayed. Thus, an original information is displayed on the blackboard display member as the electing image as the original blackboard display and the electing image can be switched to the mirror image to be displayed. And at the time the mirror image is displayed, the image is transferred on the plain paper by corotron, etc., to be used as an enlarged copy.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture an intaglio form cylinder by electric signals of small power, by forming a cell by a semiconductor laser on a form surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet the volume of which cell is changed according to the density of an image. CONSTITUTION:A form sheet 6a made of synthetic resin is wound along an outer diameter of a metallic cylinder 17. The sheet 6a is fixed by a countersinking screw or the like 6b to a mother screw in the cylinder. A thermoplastic resin is used for the form sheet 6a which has a relatively narrow distribution of the melting point, and is hard when being set and is dispersed or sublimated at a low temperature when it is melted. A laser beam is radiated to a form cylinder 6 through a focus lens 23, focused on the surface of the form sheet 6a. The surface of the form is melted thereby to disperse or sublimate the synthetic resin. In this case, if the laser is modulated or the radiating time of the laser is changed for each recess 15, the number and size of the recess to which the form material is dispersed or sublimated can be adjusted and the volume of the recess can be made according to the gradation. Accordingly, a cheap intaglio form cylinder can be manufactured in a simple process and therefore even an individual person or an office can manufacture the form cylinder.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a plate cylinder having a high grade, being proper to the printing of intermediate number and being capable of being utilized even any times by forming a meshy recessed section having uniform depth to a printing plate, filling the recessed section with heat-fusing fillers and sticking fillers corresponding to a picture onto a sheet by a heat-generating member while holding the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The whole printing plate is coated with heat-fusing fillers 16. Wax having the comparatively narrow range of the distribution of the melting point and hardness on curing and being adjusted so that viscosity thereof is lowered on melting is used as the fillers 16. The surface of the fillers is scraped off by an edge knife, and a plain plate cylinder 6 having a smooth surface is acquired. Molten fillers are easy to absorb or draw near to the printing plate, and a sheet 17 composed of absorbent paper, etc., having excellent heat conduction is placed. The sheet is manufactured by coating a polyimide resin with porous substance and particles such as aluminum oxide, and a heat-generating member 18 is put on the sheet. The heating element of the heat-generating member 18 is controlled in accordance with the variable density of a picture, and fillers 16 in a quantity corresponding to a calorific value from the heating element is melted, and attached onto the sheet 17 and removed, thus obtaining the plate cylinder 6 having a gradation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality plate cylinder reusable and suitable for printing a modest number of sheets by so providing a thermally-melting type filler in a cell formed on a plate surface that the volume of said filler is changed in correspondence to the density of an image by a laser. CONSTITUTION:A uniform cell 15 is etched with the depth (t) in a network on the plate surface of a plate cylinder 6, so that the whole plate surface is in a solid state at the printing time. Then, a filler 16 of thermally-melting type is applied all over the plate surface. The filler 16 is such that is obtained by allowing carbons or the like to be contained in a wax which has a relatively narrow distribution of melting points, showing some hardness when it is cured and reduced viscosity when it is melted. The filler 16 is scattered by radiating a laser 18 into the cells. In this case,k if the laser is modulated or the radiating time of the laser is changed for each cell, the capacity of a recess in the cell where the filler is dispersed or sublimated can be adjusted. Therefore, the recess 19 having the volume corresponding to the gradation can be formed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To read an image written in a liquid crystal cell as data by scanning the liquid crystal cell with readout laser beam in a display device which writes and displays the image in the liquid crystal cell with the laser beam. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal cell 10 is scanned with unmodulated fine laser beam from a laser diode 23, i.e. readout laser beam and the scanning laser beam is supplied to a photodiode 82. Data on the image written in the cell 10 is therefore obtained from the diode 82 and the laser beam is scanned on NTSC basis in this case, so the data on the image is an NTSC system luminance signal. This signal is supplied to an interface 84 through an amplifier 83 and outputted together with added synchronizing pulses from a generating circuit 85. Thus, the image written in the liquid crystal cell 10 is led out as the data (signal).

CONSTITUTION:A dye-printed surface of the printing paper P coated with a coating material C is laminated with the laminate film F provided with a thermosetting adhesive layer A, the resultant laminate is inserted between upper and lower guides 11, 12 as far as the leading end thereof comes into contact with a stopping element 17b, an arm 13 is rotated counterclockwise to press the lower guide 12 by a heater 14, and leading end parts of the paper P and the film F are adhered to each other through the adhesive layer A by heating. Then, the arm 13 is rotated clockwise to return the heater 14 to an original position, and a cam 16 is rotated by 1/4 of one revolution to locate the stopping element 17b below the guide 12. Thereafter, the laminate is fed between a heater roller 20 and a back-up roller 21, where it is heated and pressed so that the paper P and the film F are adhered to each other through the adhesive layer A, and an image P1 on the paper P is diffused into the coating material C, the adhesive layer A and the film F.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain multiharmony picture and a plurality of copies, by a method wherein a colored material, having a thermal sublimation property, applied to a mesh screen is adhered to a recording object by the use of a heat source being controlled according to picture element information. CONSTITUTION:A mesh screen belt 3 moving around rolles 4-6 is driven from a motor 7. After the belt is immersed in dyestuffs 17 in a dyes tank 16, the belt dried by means of an infrared lamp 19 is supplied to a thermal head. The thermal head 1 makes contact with a recording paper 8, fed from a screen 3 and a paper roll 8a, at a portion where a press roller 2 is located. The dyestuffs are sublimed with a resistance element 1a heated, and are firmly adhered to the recording paper 8 in such a manner as cooling-cures the dyestuffs on the recording paper 8. Dyeing points P, provided by the dyestuffs which correspond to heat points of the thermal head 1, are then formed on the recording paper 8. The recording paper 8 fed by a heat roller 10 and rollers 11-13 is cut to a given size at a rest table 14 by means of a paper cutter 18.
