PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring part with excellent measurement process speed and measurement precision, a member for optical measuring, and a micro particle measuring device arranged therewith. SOLUTION: The optical measuring part is provided for performing optical measurement of micro particles introduced into passages by scanning a plurality of measuring lights 21, 22, 23 in the same direction in relation to the plurality of passages 11, 12, 13 arranged in the scanning direction of the measuring light. In this optical measuring part, it is possible to scan the measuring light so as not to irradiate any passages with another measuring light, when one measuring light is irradiated to one passage. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reproducing method, a waveform equalizing method and an optical recording/reproducing device capable of suppressing the influence of variation of a distance (gap) between a condenser lens and an optical recording medium during high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: The optical reproducing method for irradiating a near-field light to an optical recording medium 1 to reproduce data irradiates two or more optical beams as near-field lights to the optical recording medium 1, detects distance information from the optical recording medium 1 by an optical beam irradiated to the front side of the scanning-direction for the optical recording medium 1, and corrects a signal reproduced by the remaining optical beam based on the distance information. SOLUTION: Two or more regions in positions different from each other in a thickness direction of an optical recording medium 1 are simultaneously irradiated with near field optical spots adjusted in foci different from each other through a common solid immersion lens to respectively perform near field recording and/or playback. A plurality of light sources 21 and 22, a common near field condenser lens 4 having the solid immersion lens 41 common to a plurality of optical beams obtained from the light sources 21 and 22, and focus adjusting means 61 and 62 respectively provided in optical paths of the respective optical beams going toward the common near field condenser lens 4 are provided. SOLUTION: The solid immersion lens is characterized in that an objective surface is formed as a curved surface composed of a proximately one curved surface. A. of >=0.7 in a magnetic ultra-resolution reproducing method having a process for transferring the recording magnetic domain of a recording layer to a reproducing layer. SOLUTION: The magneto-optical recording medium has at least a reproducing layer 1 and a recording layer 3. The recording layer 3 has at least 1st and 2nd magnetic films 31 and 32 each comprising a rare earth-transition metal magnetic film whose composition at room temperature ranges from a compensated composition to a transition metal-predominant composition. The recording medium exhibits excellent magnetic characteristics in a wide temperature range.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium, to which the authentication information which makes duplication, imitation and forgery impossible is added, and a recording and reproducing method thereof. SOLUTION: This recording medium 1 has a recording region 2 of information, performs recording and reproducing of the information and, furthermore, has a magnetic film 3 in which a magnetic domain in a degaussed state is formed. This recording and reproducing method of the recording medium having the recording region of the information comprises a stage of recording the information into the recording region, a stage of forming the magnetic domain in a degaussed state on the magnetic film of the recording medium, a stage of detecting the information of the magnetic domain in a degaussed state and making the detected information to the instinct authentication information of the recording medium and a stage of reproducing the information recorded in the recording region.
