SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 sets an electric music distribution(EMD) link or the like required to acquire music data as main broadcast data broadcast in a main broadcast program to configure data-broadcast-data broadcast through the data broadcast. The transmitter 1 transmits the main broadcast data and also periodically transmits data-broadcast-data to which an EMD link as to the music data of the main broadcast data is set. Meanwhile, a user terminal 3 receives the main broadcast data and the data-broadcast-data and stores the EMD link set to the data-broadcast-data when the receiver enters an operation to insert a so-called book mark. Then the user terminal 3 has an interference to output the stored EMD link or the like to an external device.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the zoning efficiency and random accessibility and to increase the disk recording capacity by setting the number of tracks in each zone to be a multiple of an integer of the number of data units and constituting plural bands out of plural zones. SOLUTION: The number of tracks in each zone is set to be a multiple of an integer of plural data units in number constituting a recording and reproducing unit. Thus, the zoning efficiency can be enhanced, and the disk recording capacity can be increased. Then, even in the case of increased zones in number by constituting each band out of plural zones, the same revolving speed can be set in these plural zones, and hence it is not necessary to change the revolving speed for every zone, and the random accessibility is enhanced. In addition, by making changing width of a linear velocity in each band the same, a changing amt. of the linear velocity can be diminished smaller than that in the case of making the number of zones in each band simply the same, and optimum recording and reproducing is feasible even on a disk having varied sensitivities in its information recording layer.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the device capable of efficiently recording and reproducing huge picture and sound information by possessing a recording medium having one or plural spiral track(s) on its recording and reproducing surface, one or plural recording and reproducing head(s) and a recording medium rotating motor whose rotation is controllable. SOLUTION: A signal reproduced by using a magnetic head 2 from a magnetic disk 1 is turned into a digital signal through a read amplifier 5 and an A/D converter 7. The digital signal is decoded by a R/W channel circuit 8, and is sent through a hard disk controller 10 to a host side from a bus 20 by control of an MPU(microprocessor unit) 11. A recording data sent from the host side is sent through the hard disk controller 10 to the R/W channel circuit 8 by control of the MPU. In this circuit 8, the recording data is encoded to generate a recording signal. This recording signal is sent through a write amplifier 6 to a magnetic head 2, and is recorded on the magnetic disk 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record or reproduce data with high density by forming a track in alternately disposing a pregroove and a land on an optical disk. SOLUTION: On the disk 1, the pregroove 2 and the land 3 are alternately disposed on the track during every rotation, and they are continued to each other to constitute a spiral. A wall surface on the inner circumferential side (or outer circumferential side) of the pregroove 2 is wobbled in accordance with address information. This address wobbling pattern of the pregroove 2 is the same as the land 3 on the outer circumferential side (or inner circumferential side). Consequently, when a data is to be recorded or reprotuced in the pregroove 2, reference is made to the address information recorded on the inner circumferential side of the pregroove 2, and moreover, detection of the pregroove 2 not the land 3 is performed. Then, when the land 3 is to be accessed, reference is made to the address information on the outer circumferential side of the land 3, and moreover, detection of the land 3 not the pregroove 2 is performed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To avoid the collision between a head and a disk by pulsively driving an actuator by a driving circuit, and detecting the counter electromotive force of a voice coil type driving mechanism at the time these pulses are OFF there by feeding back it to the driving circuit. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit 11 generates a pulse voltage based on the signal from an oscillation circuit 17 to drive an actuator 3. Consequently, at the time of an unloading, when the driving voltage is ON, the top end of the actuator 3 is rotated in the direction R1. Moreover, at the time of a loading, when the driving voltage is ON, the top end of the actuator 3 is rotated in the direction R2. Further when the driving voltage is OFF, the back electromotive voltage proportional to the rotational speed of the actuator 3 is subjected to sample-and-hold by a holder 12b and outputted. This output voltage is averaged by a speed voltage averaging circuit 13, then integrated by an integration circuit 15, and inputted to a control circuit 14 as a positional voltage S2. The circuit 14 compares the voltage S2 with a reference positional voltage S3 to feed back the result to the driving circuit 11.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To minimize a damage on a disc surface by a method wherein the loading or unloading operation of a head slider is performed at a constant position. CONSTITUTION:A motor 20 is driven by a motor driving circuit 21. The motor 20 generates a signal every turn and transmits the signal to a pulse generator 22. The pulse generator 22 converts the inputted signal into a pulse signal and transmits the signal to a controller 23. The controller 23 drives and controls an actuator driving circuit 19 with the inputted pulse signal. With this operation, the tip of an actuator 12 is turned in a direction R1. Therefore, a cam follower 15a is moved toward the inside of a magnetic disc 11 and moved from a parking area 18 in the direction R1. As a result, a head slider 16 is moved following the turn of an arm 14 and come closer to the disc 11 surface along a cam surface 18b and is made to float. If the driving force of the actuator 12 is constant, the head slider 16 is made to float above the disc 11 at a constant position, so that the positions of the data damages caused by a touch or collision can be limited.
