    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator system which can perform linear motion or rotary motion, using a simple structure and can be employed in various applications.
    SOLUTION: The actuator system comprises rectangular macromolecule actuator elements 10a-10d in an erect state from a flat plane 11 with one end thereof in the longitudinal direction that is secured thereto and bending on the application of a voltage, and a plate 12 having a plurality of claws 13, arranged on the major surface, such that the pointing direction is aligned with one of bending directions of the macromolecule actuator elements 10a-10d, where the claws 13 are arranged on the macromolecule actuator elements 10a-10d so as to touch the ends thereof, on the side opposite to the end that is secured to the flat plane 11. When the macromolecule actuator elements 10a-10d bend upon the application of a voltage, the ends of the macromolecule actuator elements 10a-10d on the side opposite to the ends thereof, secured to the flat plane 11, push the claws 13, and the plate 12 moves linearly in one direction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To revise a synchronizing signal position at every recording and to prevent thermal stress from storing in a disk by selecting a value of DPS (data position shift) at random, dividing the data to a prescribed length and adding forward/backward link areas. SOLUTION: A frame address detection circuit 37 reads out an address signal from an RF signal from an optical head 32 to output it to a control circuit 38. At this time, the circuit 38 detects a position of a clock synchronous mark to read a track number. At a recording time, a recording/reproducing circuit 33 selects the value of the DPS at random, and divides the data to the blocks of the prescribed length, and adds respectively the forward/backward link areas to the front/rear of the obtained blocks to form a recording/reproducing unit. Then, the circuit 33 records the data on prescribed areas according to the detected addresses. Then, the synchronizing signal position recorded on a rewritable disk is revised at every recording. Thus, the thermal stress is prevented from storing in a recording medium due to repeated irradiation on the same position by a laser beam.

CONSTITUTION:It is discriminated by a lock detecting circuit 26 whether a PLL circuit 25 is in a lock state or not. Consequently, a reproducing head 12 is rocked so as to cross track 3 of plural lines formed on a disk 1. Thereby, a probability that data recorded in the track 3 is erroneously detected as a clock mark, is reduced, a clock mark 2 stamped and formed on the disk 1 can be surely detected by a clock extracting circuit 20.

CONSTITUTION:A track is devided into plural sectors and each sector is devided into a servo data recording area and a data recording area. The ID recording area 41H is devided into a sector number recording area 41A and a track number recording area 41B and the sector numbers and the track numbers are respectively recorded on the areas 41H and 41A. The sector number recording area 41A is not only formed on tracks 10A to 10D but also on parts between tracks in a radial direction continuously. Thus, a specific track is traced by a recording head 31 and even in the recording mode where a position shifted from a specific track is traced by a reproducing head 30, the sector number is accurately reproduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a clock signal accurately follow the eccentricity of a disk by correcting the phase or the frequency of the clock signal in accordance with a stored disk eccentric quantity. CONSTITUTION:Eccentric quantity data inside a storage section 26 is read synchronized with the rotation of the disk, converted into a speed signal by a feed forward compensator 29 after converted by a D/A converter 28 and feed- forward impressed additionally as the control voltage of the VCO 35 of a PLL circuit 30. Thus, the VCO 35 is controlled by not only an output from a phase comparator 31 but also a track circular eccentricity display voltage arriving via a switch 34 from the storage section 26. Therefore, the VCO 35 is followed by a closed loop operation generated from the disk and an open loop operation is carried out as well by a signal from the storage section 26 for predicting a current time eccentricity quantity.
