Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a double-action press having high utilization value for closed forging at a low cost by providing a pin for an inner slide to the center of a crank shaft and providing side eccentric bodies to both sides thereof to generate the die clamping force of an outer slide. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure is generated on the right side of a piston 10 to eject a rod 9 and the piston 10 so that an upper link 3 and a lower link 6 are held stretched, thereby lowering the slide 8. The center of a knuckle pin 4 is held offset in this stage by the distance (e) from the straight line connecting the centers of the side eccentric bodies 2 and a gudgeon pin 7. The inner slide 15 makes the pressurizing operation by a punch when the crank shaft 1 is rotated. The side eccentric bodies 2 on both sides make the same rotation as the rotations of an inner crank pin 16 and the outer slide 8 is forced to descend to generate the die clamping force. The oil pressure is generated always on the left side of the piston 10 and therefore the outer slide 8 maintains the specified die clamping force. The punch of the inner slide 15 executes the molding work during this time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To dispense with a valve in a main circuit and a relief valve by connecting a fixed capacity pump to the output shaft of a reversible motor to control the flow direction and flow of fluid in a pump by operating a clutch and others. CONSTITUTION:When a revolving magnetic field is generated in a stator coil 4, a stator core 6 and a flywheel 5 are rotated with a predetermined rotational frequency. When compressed fluid is supplied from the X side through a line 7 during the rotation of the flywheel 5, a piston 9 at the forward rotation side cylinder chamber moves left in the drawing so long as the pressure of fluid is present, and presses a frictional plate group 12 so that rotational torque is transmitted from the flywheel 5 to a clutch boss 11 through a cylinder 10 and the frictional plate group 12 and an output shaft 14 instantly enters the forward rotational condition.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To construct a ribbon manufacturing apparatus for petal-shaped fin tubes by synchronizing intermittent rotation of a gearlike lower die having complex waveform teeth and up-and-down motions of a slide equipped with a ribbon pressing die and an upper die and feeding a ribbon material between the lower die and both of the ribbon pressing die and the upper die. CONSTITUTION:When a ribbon material 25 is fed between the gearlike lower die 12 and the ribbon pressing die 10' and the upper die 10 and the slide 3 is moved down by actuation of an eccentric circular plate 4, claws of the die 10' and the die 10 press the ribbon 25 onto wavy grooves of the die 12 through springs 9 and 9'. In that time, the up-and-down motion of the slide 3 and the intermittent rotation of the lower die 12 are synchronized so that the die 12 is rotated by one pitch length of the wavy grooves 12a when formation of one pitch of the ribbon 25 is finished by the slide 3. A petal-shaped fin tube 30 is obtained by winding an accordion bandlike ribbon 24 formed along by the complex waveform teeth of the die 12 on a tube 31. Thus, the ribbon manufacturing apparatus for the specified polygonal petal-shaped fin tube is obtained.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an energy-saving type normal/reverse rotation motor which can be instantaneously started with a compact structure by coupling a reversible wheel with a flywheel mounted with a rotor, and interposing a clutch between the wheels and an output shaft. CONSTITUTION:A stator coil 4 is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of a case 1 and a rotor core 6 mounted on a flywheel 5 is opposed to the inner peripheral side. A reversible wheel 18 which rotates reversely to the flywheel 5 is coupled through a planetary gear 16 with the flywheel 5. The flywheel 5 is mounted through normal rotation clutches 9-12 on one output shaft 14, and a reversible wheel 18 is mounted through reversible clutches 21-26. Thus, the shaft 14 can be rotated normally and reversely by merely switching the clutch.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain an oil pressure generating device of an energy saving type which may generate a high pressure and a high speed with a low noise, by utilizing a rotational force of a fly wheel to reciprocate a plunger and thereby generate an oil pressure. CONSTITUTION:Plungers 18 and 19 are provided on both surfaces of a slide 20. The slide 20 is threadedly engaged with a screw portion of a screw spindle 14. The plungers 18 and 19 are receiprocated by forward and reverse rotation of the spindle 14. The spindle 14 is rotated in forward and reverse directions by means of pinion gears 8 and 10. There is provided a fly wheel 3 to be driven by a drive source. A gear 5 is mounted on a shaft 4 of the fly wheel 3, and is meshed with outer ring gears 30 and 31 which are meshed with each other. The outer ring gears 30 and 31 are connected to the pinion gears 8 and 10 by clutches 6 and 11, respectively. The clutches 6 and 11 are alternately engaged and disengaged.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve productivity of a ribbon by providing a ribbon pressure die and upper die to a vertically moving slide and synchronizing the intermittent rotation of the gear-shaped lower die and the vertical movement of the slide. CONSTITUTION:The gear-shaped lower die 12 formed with corrugating grooves 12a on the outside peripheral surface is fixed to the lower part of a frame 1. A disk 4 is attached eccentrically to an eccentric short shaft 2a projecting to the front end of a crank shaft and is fitted slidably into the hole of the vertically moving slide 3. The die 12 is intermittently rotated from a driving motor via a reduction gear and a Geneva intermittent cam mechanism, etc. When a ribbon material 25 is supplied between the die 12 and the ribbon pressure dies 10', 10, the slide 3 descends and the pawl part of the die 10' presses the ribbon to the groove bottom of the die 12 then the claw of the die 10 contacts with the material 25, thereby forming the material. The formation at a high speed is made possible by the repeated vertical motion of the slide 3 and the productivity is improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the entire part smaller in size and to make speed higher and operation easier by providing a small-diameter hydraulic cylinder in order to close dies and using the hydraulic cylinder and a wedge to lock and precompress the dies. CONSTITUTION:When a slide 9 is risen by a slide lifting cylinder 15, a lower die 7 contacts with an upper die 6 and both form a closed die. The slide 9 is locked if a wedge 13 is pushed laterally by a wedge pushing cylinder 14 and is pushed to the bottom surface of the slide 9. The die 7 is at the same time pressed to the die 6 and receives precompression. An upper punch pushing cylinder 1 operates so that a piston rod 3 pushes an upper punch 4 to a blank material 8. A lower punch piston 12 pushes a lower pinch 10 to the material 8 from below. The material 8 is compressed and is filled in the die cavity by which said material is forged.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To forge and form a product having prescribed thickness without requiring a temperature control of a material, by executing a forward and reverse rotation driving control so that a crank shaft in a forging press starts from the top dead center, and becomes a stroke end at an angle position being slightly less than 180 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel 4 engaged with a gear is rotated by a forward rotation of a hydraulic motor 12, a crank shaft 1 is rotated by said rotation, and an up-and-down motion is given to a connecting rod 6 by a crank pin 2. When the connecting rod lowers, a slide 8 lowers, and a material which heated between an upper metallic die 9 installed to its tip and a lower metallic die 10 is forged. In this case, a forward and reverse rotation driving control is executed so that a rotation of the crank shaft 1 starts from the top dead center and becomes a stroke end at an angle position being slightly less than 180 deg., elongation of a frame 3 caused by reaction force is absorbed, and a material of a low temperature can also be forged and formed exactly to prescribed thickness.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out forming by the NC control of a shell shaped product with an intermediate swelled-out part by arranging the pivotaly supporting point of a parallelogram shaped link mechanism to a unit main body part and the ball end center of a ball end tool on the same line parallel with a parallel longitudinal link. SOLUTION: Upper side and lower side tool heads are lowered and elevated, each ball end tool 14 is brought into contact with a stock to be formed, and the movement of the ball end tool 14 is controlled by an NC controller. While squeezing the stock, the stock is formed into a shell shape by the cooperation of the three ball end tools 14. In the intermediate swelled-out part, the fan-shaped tilting lever 5 of the tool unit for sequential stretch forming, is turned, the parallelogram shaped link mechanism is translated in parallel, for instance on a lateral side, and is operated so that the tool supporting shaft 13 of the ball end tool 14 does not butt the surroundings of the intermediate swelled-out part of the stock. At this time, the ball end center position of each ball end tool 14 is on the longitudinal center line of the corresponding upper side and the lower side tool heads, and the relative position of the upper and the lower tools 14 does not get out of order.
