    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain strong adhesion in a short time, and to prevent deterioration and falling from a wall surface by bonding and covering the steep-gradient wall surface between chambers in a tunnel with a sheet-shaped reinforcing layer by a cold radical reaction resin cured article and compounding the reinforcing layer and the cured article. SOLUTION: When a sheet-shaped article is compounded with a wall surface containing sections having gradients of 45-315 deg., the foundation adjustment, primer coating and unevenness correction of the wall surface are conducted. The wall surface is coated with an adhesive, the sheet-shaped article is stuck, and an impregnant is applied and cured. When the sheet-shaped article is compounded, processes after the coating of the adhesive are repeated. A thixotropic-property imparting material is added to the adhesive and impregnant layer, and a composite sheet-shaped article is pasted and impregnation into the sheet is reinforced. An acrylic acid ester, a vinyl ester, etc., are used as a cold radical reaction resin. A fibrous article such as a carbon fibers, an aramid rein, etc., and the sheet-shaped article, etc., such as a metal, glass, etc., are employed as the reinforcing material of the resin.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a water-permeable material to be hardly cracked when used for footpath and others by a method in which a water- permeable composition containing spherical aggregate grains and a hardener for polysulfide-modified epoxy resin is directly applied to a construction field. CONSTITUTION:In a water-permeable composition containing aggregate granules such as composite materials composed of a polymer compound containing hard metal and inorganic fine powder, a polysulfide-modified epoxy resin, and a hardener for the epoxy resin, the aggregate granule is formed of a spherical ceramic grain of an average grain size of 1cm or less, containing other components such as pigment as needed. The composition containing the aggregate granules and the polysulfide-modified epoxy resin's hardener is moulded into a given form and hardened. In applying the composition to construction site, the composition is uniformly applied to the surface of a place, uniformly finished, and hardened by allowing it to stand at ordinary temperature.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a plate material which has an excellent printing durability of a toner image even in a direct printing and has less changes with time at a low cost, by closely bonding and heat treating a special liquid organic compound on a surface of a silicone coated plate material. CONSTITUTION:A liquid of an organic compound which has polar groups in which O, N, S, P, etc. are included in molecules, and has a boiling point of 120 deg.C or above (under the normal atmospheric pressure) and a molecular weight of 1,000 or under, is made a thin film, utilizing a smooth surface, and is closely brought in contact with the kept on a surface of a plate material on which a silicone composition which has an image material adhesiveness is coated. Then, a heat treatment is performed for five seconds or more, under the conditions stated above, at 100-250 deg.C. By the above process a stability with time of a printing durability of a plate material is remarkably improved, resulting in a greater printing durability even in a direct printing.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction member that has good appearance and a waterproof function, and does not require a surface treatment, by applying resin mortar that hardens even under existence of moisture on a die member, applying cement-based hardening material before complete hardening, and hardening it. SOLUTION: This civil construction member 1 comprises concrete 2 and resin mortar 3. For manufacturing it, the resin that reacts and hardens even under existence of moisture, namely the resin mortar 3 made of aggregate is applied onto a die member, and cement-based hardening material is applied before complete hardening. The resin mortar 3 is polysulphide denaturation epoxy resin or the like, and the aggregate is small stone, sand, or ballast. The cement-based hardening material 2 is cement, mortar, or concrete. For increasing apparent thickness of the resin mortar 3 layer of the side surface, a tray-like body with a mesh in its center or a mesh in its bottom is placed, and the cement-based hardening material is applied from upside. This can clean the surface, improve durability, and substantially eliminate a surface treatment.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete block inexpensive and large in wear resistance by providing a resin protective part on a surface and providing a joining member striding over a boundary surface of the protective part and a concrete main body at the inside. SOLUTION: On a part of a surface of a concrete main body 2, a protective part 3 for protecting the surface from damage such as wear is provided. As resin making the protective part 3, reaction hardening resin is suitable when resin is molded with a mold at the same time as concrete. Because resin contacts concrete, polysulfide modified resin reacting and hardening, even under existence of moisture, is desirable. To prevent peeling of the protective part 3 and the concrete main body 2, a joining member striding over a boundary surface is provided at the inside. The joining member is made one which has recessed and projecting parts and branches and has falling prevention shapes such as a coil shape and a screw shape as a whole. As a result, impact resistance and wear resistance of a concrete block are remarkably improved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish bank so designed that a surfacing material is set on a base material with a resin curable even in the presence of water so as to highly increase the surface area of the resultant base material with numerous unevennesses to effect favorable adherence of seaweeds thereto, therefore useful as e.g. a spawning ground for fishes and shellfishes. SOLUTION: This fish bank is so designed that plant seeds or spores are set on a base material 2 such as concrete using a resin curable even in the presence of water such as a polysulfide-modified resin together with a surfacing material 4 such as silica, ceramics or silica sand; wherein the particle size of the surfacing material 4 is pref. about 0.01 μm to 1 mm. It is preferable that this fish bank is made by coating a concrete structure or natural stones located at the seaside, lakefront or riverbank with a resin curable even in the presence of water or moisture followed by setting a surfacing material 4 thereon.
