Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile structure enabling oil soil after standing to be removed easily by domestic washing, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The textile structure is coated with at least two soil release layers; wherein the inner layer of the soil release layers comprises a hydrophilic polyester-based resin layer and the outermost layer is a resin layer which can come off by washing, the resin layer comprising a hydrophobic polymer. This textile structural product is obtained by impregnating the original textile material with a liquid containing the hydrophilic polyester-based resin followed by heat treatment to fix the resin onto the textile material and then impregnating the resultant textile material with a liquid containing the hydrophobic polymer followed by drying. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block a silanol group on the surface of a particle so as to prevent the silica-based particle from being coagulated and a polyester composition from being gelatinized, and so as to selectively block only the silanol group of the silica fine particle present at the vicinity of the surface of the particle without blocking the silanol group in the interior of the particle which contributes hygroscopicity by a hygroscopic silica particle so that the blocking molecule may not be desorbed in the midway of production, and the hygroscopicity may not be damaged. SOLUTION: This polyester-based fiber containing the particle having an organic compound having functional groups reactive with the silanol group present at the vicinity of the surface of the particle in a concentration of >=3 times as much as that of the center part of the particle is obtained by treating the silica-based inorganic particle having >=0.3 ml/g pore volume and >=300 m /g specific surface area with the reactive organic compound having >=500 molecular weight, and spinning a composition obtained by mixing the resultant particle with a polyester-based composition.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable and waterproof material optimized in the balance between the moisture absorbability/releasability of the material as a whole and that of the coat thereon, having higher moisture permeation performance as a result of continually raising moisture releasability out of the garment, and furnished with waterproof performance as well, and to provide a method for producing such a material. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable and waterproof material is such that one side of a fibrous structural material is provided with at least one continuous moisture-absorbing/releasing layer; wherein the difference between the moisture absorption at 30 deg.C and 90%RH and that at 20 deg.C and 65%RH is 6-15% for the moisture-absorbing/releasing layer(s) singly, the difference between the moisture absorption at 30 deg.C and 90%RH and that at 20 deg.C and 65%RH is 1-6% for this material, and the percent linear swelling of the material on absorbing water is 10-25%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof material having high moisture permeability and waterproofness, and having high durability. SOLUTION: In a moisture-permeable waterproof material in which a moisture-permeable waterproofing layer is adhered to a fiber structure via a water swelling adhesive layer, the surface layer of a monofilament constituting the fiber structure is coated with a pretreating agent mainly composed of a polyhydroxy compound, and the fiber structure and the water swelling adhesive layer are adhered to each other via the pretreating agent. This manufacturing process comprises the steps: a layer of a water swelling adhesive is applied onto a moisture-permeable waterproof layer so that the water swelling adhesive layer becomes the upper most layer, and the layer is converted to film; and a fiber structure pretreated with a polyhydroxy compound is placed on the adhesive layer and pressed to adhere.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the moisture permeability while sufficiently providing waterproofness by a method wherein one surface of a non-porous resin layer having a specified thickness respectively is partially covered with the other non-porous resin layer. SOLUTION: This composite film is constituted of two kinds of non-porous resins. 'Non-porous' indicates a state wherein when being observed by a scanning electron microscope and a transmission electron microscope, 'pores' cannot be observed by these resolutions. One resin layer A is a non-porous layer having a continuous surface structure of a thickness of 5-50 μm, and a resin layer B which partially covers the resin layer A is a non-porous layer of a thickness of 0.01-30 μm. It is important that the resin layer B partially covers the resin layer A. When the resin layer A is covered under a dot state by the resin layer B, it is desirable that the covering area per dot is 0.01-10 mm from the viewpoint of performance balance. The covering ratio of the resin layer A by the resin layer B is preferable to be 30-90%.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film having high waterproof performance by incorporating high moisture permeable performance. SOLUTION: This film is formed by laminating two types of nonporous resin layers. In this case, a ratio of dew formation amount at a resin layer A side to that of resin layer B side is 2 or more and a thickness of the layer B is 5 to 50μm. And, the layer A is formed of polyurethane resin, and the layer B is formed of elastomer. And moisture permeability from the layer B side is preferably 3000 g/m .24 hr or more.
