PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elevator facility capable of reducing or avoiding defects of conventional technology completely and enable use of a corresponding method. SOLUTION: This elevator facility 20 is provided with a vertical elevator shaft 11.1 and a plurality of elevator cars 16.1 to 16.8. An elevator control system is constituted in such a way that at least two elevator cars 16.5, 16.6 are prepared in the elevator shaft 11.1 of two mutually adjacent entrance areas 13.1, 13.2. A user can get on/off the elevator cars 16.5, 16.6 through the entrance areas 13.1, 13.2 simultaneously by this means. Two first elevator cars 16.5 move to a first destination story, the second elevator car 16.6 moves to a second destination story, and the first elevator car 16.5 moves by at least the same distance as distance for moving by the second elevator car 16.6. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a remarkable restriction on transporting performance is generated especially in a high-rise building equipped with a large number of floors. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the elevator device comprising an elevator shaft 10 enabling at least one first elevator car 20 and second elevator car 30 to separately move upward/downward for serving destination calls, and a control device 40 deciding the elevator car 20, 30 suitable for serving destination calls; and the method of operating the elevator device. The first elevator car 20 is moved either synchronously in time with the second elevator car 30, or displaced in time relative to the second elevator car 30, depending on at least one operation parameter, but still within the time duration of a journey of the second elevator car 30. 본 발명은 승강기 카 지지 프레임(2)의 운행을 위해 제공된 운행 공간(3) 내에서 운행될 수 있는 승강기 카 지지 프레임(2)을 구비한 승강기 장치(1)에 관한 것이다. 상기 승강기 장치는 또한 승강기 카 지지 프레임(2) 상에 배치된 제1 승강기 카(15) 및 제2 승강기 카(16)를 포함한다. 아울러, 유압 조절 장치(24)가 운행 공간(3)의 하단 영역(22)에 배치된다. 이런 방식으로, 제1 승강기 카(15)는 운행 공간(3)의 하단 영역(22)에서 조절 장치(24)에 의해 제2 승강기 카에 대해 이동할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An elevator having a cargo transporting function, and cargo transporting system and method using thereof are provided to transport cargoes by using energy moving by the movement of users. CONSTITUTION: An elevator having a cargo transporting function includes a first space(110), a second space(120), and a cargo transporting unit. The first space is for users to ride the elevator. The second space is separated from the first space, and loaded with cargoes. The first and second spaces have first and second doors(111,121). The cargo transporting unit is located on the outside of the elevator, and is connected to the second space.

PURPOSE: A meal service elevator is provided to transfer a larger amount of food using a multi-stage elevator cage in which food and etc. are placed. CONSTITUTION: A meal service elevator comprises an elevator cage(100) which moves up and down along an elevating rail(140). The elevator cage is divided by a dividing frame(130) into a first- and a second-stage receiving part(110,120) that are selectively used through an operation button. A locking device(200) is provided on the top of the elevator cage and fixes both sides of the elevator cage.
