Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for rotating a camera in a portable terminal is provided to make images exactly displayed on the LCD of a portable phone, regardless of the location of the camera. CONSTITUTION: A rolling housing(104) is installed between a front case(102) and a rear case at the upper part of a main body. A window is formed at the center of the rolling housing(104).
