PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microphone unit achieving both of electromagnetic interference suppression and mass production property by electromagnetic shield. SOLUTION: The microphone unit 120 is equipped with: a cover 200 having an opening 130 and consisting of conductive resin; a first substrate 210; a second substrate 220 having electrode pads 370, 380; a vibration unit 230 arranged in a position offset from the opening unit 130 while having a vibration plate 232; and an ASIC (application specific integrated circuit) 240 electrically connected to the vibration unit 230. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix sensor capable of suppressing the lowering of the sensitivity of a sensor part even if made small-sized, and a sensor system equipped with the matrix sensor. SOLUTION: The matrix sensor 10 includes a substrate 11, a plurality of the sensor parts 20 arranged on the substrate 11 in a two-dimensional matrixlike state and the partition wall part 14 arranged on the substrate 11 to mutually separate the sensor parts 20. Each of the sensor parts 20 has the electrode 12 arranged on the substrate 11, the porous body 13 arranged on the electrode 12 and having pores 13a piercing the substrate 11 in the direction almost vertical to the substrate 11, and the enzyme E supported in the pores 13a of the porous body 13 and selectively reacting with a detection target substance and is constituted so as to detect the predetermined change accompanying the reaction by the electrode 12. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal projector for maximizing high speed responsiveness of a ferroelectric liquid crystal. SOLUTION: This portable liquid crystal projector 100 is equipped with a liquid crystal panel 5 for clamping the ferroelectric liquid crystal between a pair of substrates; and a capacitor for accumulating the charge when each active element provided on each pixel is ON, and supplying the charge to a pixel electrode in an OFF state. A field sequential driving means drives the active element by row in each of six sub-frames corresponding to each color of RGB per frame, and from the first row to the n-th row successively, drives the active element only for a time necessary for charging to align the ferroelectric liquid crystal in a desired state with respect to each capacitor provided on each pixel on each row. A light emission control means controls an LED light source part 6 to emit light in a corresponding color for a prescribed period after elapse of a response time of the ferroelectric liquid crystal on the final row, in each sub-frame. In the case body 10, a first opening 12 for communicating the first space 102 and the external space 110 of the case body 10 and a second opening 14 for communicating the second space 104 and the external space 110 of the case body 10 are formed.
