Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a negative charge type toner for electrostatic latent image development by which even when a sulfonic acid-based copolymer is used as a charge control agent and an emulsion coagulation method is applied to toner manufacture, a negative charge type toner for electrostatic latent image development in which the charge control agent sticks uniformly to a binder resin can be manufactured simply and easily. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a negative charge type toner for electrostatic latent image development includes a mixing step of preparing a mixed liquid by blending and mixing a negative charge control agent emulsified dispersion (A) which is an emulsion of emulsification polymerization of a sulfonic acid-based copolymer containing a radical polymerizable monomer unit and a sulfonic acid-based monomer unit, a binder resin emulsified dispersion (B) which is an emulsion of the binder resin, a colorant dispersion (C) in which the colorant is dispersed in water and/or a release agent dispersion (D) in which the release agent is dispersed in water, and a recovery step of flocculating and recovering solids contained in the mixed liquid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of an electronic component where a metal-plated lead electrode is not corroded even at a cooling cycle, so that a mounting body of superior connection characteristics is acquired, and to provide the mounting body. SOLUTION: In the method, the electronic component 1 including the metal-plated lead electrode 2 is mounted to a circuit board 4 by using a conductive resin composition 3. The mounting method of the electronic component includes a process A where the whole surface of a connection part of the lead electrode 2 to the circuit board 4 is coated with the conductive resin composition 3, and a process B where the lead electrode 2 of the electronic component 1 and an electrode of the circuit board 4 are connected to each other by using the conductive resin composition 3. Both or one of the conductive resin compositions 3 used in the processes A and B contains a rust preventive agent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide at low cost a liquid flow path device capable of simply converting a liquid flow path to an open state from a closed state. SOLUTION: A liquid flow path device, in which a liquid flow path through which liquid flows and one or more liquid tanks 14a for storing liquid are formed on at least one side of a substrate 11 and a lid plate 13 is laminated on the fluid path forming surface of the substrate 11, has an opening means S1 for setting a part of the liquid flow path from a closed state to an open state. The opening means S1 comprises a seal plug 15 arranged at a part of the liquid flow path and plastically deformed by operation for pressing the lid plate 13 or the bottom of the liquid flow path from the outside to set the open state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rheology particle which is excellent in heat resistance and expresses a stable electric rheology effect, even when used at high temperature for a long time, and to provide an electric rheology gel. SOLUTION: The electric rheology particle 10 is characterized by being a conjugated particle which comprises a core 11 comprising inorganic fine particles and a surface layer 12 comprising an electric semiconductor inorganic material covering the core 11. The rheology gel is produced by dispersing the electric rheology particles 10 in an electric insulating dispersion medium held in a gel skeleton. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination tool for oral bacteria, capable of easily determining a number of oral bacteria, without requiring comparison with separately prepared color samples or the like and unaffected by subjectivity of a judge, and to provide an examination method of oral bacteria. SOLUTION: There are provided an examination tool 1 of oral bacteria, which includes an examination body 10 comprising a platy body 11 and an absorptive carrier 12 built in the platy body 11 which absorptive carrier 12 holds a coloring enzyme substrate coloring by enzyme activity specific for the oral bacteria and which platy body 11 is colored with a predetermined color colored by the coloring enzyme substrate corresponding to the number of the oral bacteria, and an examination method which comprises dropping on the absorptive carrier 12 of the examination tool 1 of the oral bacteria, a specimen, the coloring substrate and a coloring liquid coloring the coloring enzyme substrate so as to develop the coloring enzyme substrate, and determining the number of oral bacteria by comparing with the color of the platy body 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for dye receiving layer which can form a dye receiving layer of a thermal transfer sheet enabling good productivity, maintaining a high print density, and also excelling in light resisting stability, heat resisting stability, and cursoriality. SOLUTION: The resin composition for dye receiving layer of thermal transfer sheet consists of a top coating dye and a base coating dye, wherein the top coating dye contains resin (A) whose glass transfer temperature (Tg) is 0 to 50°C and which is obtained by copolymerizing a silicone compound and a mixture of a monomer having an aromatic ring, a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having an alkyl group, and/or a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having polyalkylene oxide skeleton, and the base coating dye contains thermoplastic resin (B) whose glass transfer temperature (Tg) is 60 to 120°C (however, includes no silicone compound).
