    Abstract: A wireless online monitoring system of power distributing equipment is provided to directly attach a wireless temperature sensor and install a temperature analyzing device at a near place and a CPU at a remote place to display temperature according to a state of power distributing equipment from the temperature analyzing device and the CPU, thereby preventing the power distributing equipment from being stopped. A wireless online monitoring system of power distributing equipment comprises a wireless temperature sensor(100), a temperature analysis device(200) and a CPU(300). The wireless temperature sensor is installed in the inside with the power distributing equipment. The wireless temperature sensor wirelessly provides a kind of a sensor and a current temperature state. The temperature analysis device receives temperature information from the wireless temperature sensor. The CPU compares the received temperature information with reference data while communicating with the temperature analysis device. The CPU displays a caution and wirelessly provides the caution to a manager if overheat or danger is found.

    Abstract: A method for detecting the DNA chip by using evanescent wave fluorescence microscopy is provided to excite the fluorescent material adhered to the target DNA by using the evanescent wave generated with SPR(surface Plasmon resonance), thereby confirming the position and number of base sequence in the low DNA concentration of about 1nM. The method for detecting the DNA chip by using evanescent wave fluorescence microscopy comprises the steps of: immobilizing the carrier on the chip; adhering the fluorescent material to the end of DNA; exciting the fluorescent material adhered to the DNA by using the evanescent wave generated with SPR; and inspecting the excited fluorescent material with the evanescent wave fluorescence microscopy.
