본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 스마트 디스플레이를 이용한 광고 방법은 동영상 데이터와 광고 데이터를 포함하는 컨텐츠를 수신하는 컨텐츠 수신 단계와, 선택된 광고대상의 광고를 전송된 컨텐츠에 포함된 광고 데이터에서 호출하는 광고 호출 단계, 및 호출된 광고를 화면에 표시하는 광고 로딩 단계를 포함하며, 상기 컨텐츠 수신 단계는 프레임에서 광고대상이 위치하는 영역에 결합되되, 적어도 하나 이상이 중첩 배열된 오브젝트 레이어와 상기 오브젝트 레이어에 결합된 호출 태그를 수신한다. 이때, 광고 호출 단계는 중첩된 오브젝트 레이어들 중 적어도 어느 하나를 선택하는 레이어 선택 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따르면 TV를 통해서 방송 또는 동영상을 시청 중에 화면에 나타난 광고대상에 대한 광고 정보를 전송된 컨텐츠에서 호출하여 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for providing a time machine advertisement based on a smart TV having an emotional advertisement function. The method of the present invention provides a time machine advertisement with respect to an implicit advertisement procedure when the smart TV implements broadcasting content through a streaming scheme in units of broadcasting transmission frames while distinguishing the implicit advertisement procedure from an explicit advertisement procedure. The method includes a first step of generating a capture image by capturing the currently formed image of broadcasting content including an advertisement object that causes the expansion of user′s eyes by the smart TV when the expansion of user′s eyes with respect to an advertisement object is sensed in broadcasting content implemented on a UI screen of an output unit, and storing broadcasting content corresponding to a preset time before and after the capture by the smart TV at least once; and a second step of implementing the broadcasting content, which is stored corresponding to the preset time before and after the capture by matching with a selected capture image, by the smart TV when a capture image selection signal according to motion image sensing of the user is received to select the images captured by the smart TV.

The present invention relates to a smart TV-based motion payment method which has an emotional advertisement function. The motion payment method about an advertisement object, which is selected in an explicit advertisement process when a smart TV displays broadcast content in a streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit by dividing advertisement processes into an implicit advertisement process and the explicit advertisement process, includes: a first step in which the smart TV transmits preceding payment information to a payment server through a data communication network for the payment of a selected advertisement object according to the reception of a selection signal about the advertisement object in broadcast content which is displayed in an output unit as an UI screen; and a second step in which the smart TV detects motion gesture information according to the movement of a remote control, transmits the motion gesture information to the payment server, and completes a motion payment about the selected advertisement object when the motion gesture information corresponds to personal motion information which is previously stored by the payment server.

The present invention includes: a broadcast content processing module which controls a wired/wireless communication module in order to receive broadcast content and advertisement tag content, which are packetized, from a broadcast content server through a broadcast communication network and prepares a streaming way display of a frame unit for the broadcast content by separating the advertisement tag content from the broadcast content in order to display the broadcast content in the streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit; and an implicit advertisement performing module which makes a user recognize an advertisement conversion indicator for an explicit advertisement conversion about an advertisement object which is matched with each of tag data included in the advertisement tag content and an implicit indicator for each advertisement object while displaying the broadcast content on an output unit in the streaming way of the frame unit. Thereby the present invention provides an effect of providing an invisible emotional advertisement by minimizing a watching disturbance on broadcast content by implicitly providing the advertisement without directly showing a user who watches a smart TV while maximizing the effect of the advertisement which is provided by an advertiser.

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing juice that has a functionality of internal antioxidant function by mixing and extracting vegetable and fruit at an optimum provided ratio. CONSTITUTION: 31-32 wt% of carrots, 15.4-16 wt% of broccoli, 23-24 wt% of cabbage, and 30.1-31 wt% of tomatoes are steamed at a temperature of 150°C for 30 minutes and pulverized to extract a first mixed solution. 36-37 wt% of apples and 33-33 wt% of bananas are pulverized as uncooked to extract a second mixed solution. The first mixed solution and the second mixed solution are each aged for 36 hours in a traditional jar that maintains the temperature in a range of 10-15°C. The first mixed solution is distilled in a distillation facility. The distilled first mixed solution and the aged second mixed solution are mixed to produce a third mixing solution. An amount of 1-3 times of water with respect to the weight of the third mixing solution is added to the third mixed solution and vacuum extraction is performed to extract the antioxidant functional juice. The antioxidant functional juice is low-temperature aged in a sealed space at 4°C and stored in a storage tank.
