Abstract:
본 발명은 감성광고 기반의 타임머신 광고 제공 기능을 구비한 스마트 TV에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 암시적 광고 과정과 명시적 광고 과정으로 구분하여 방송송출 프레임 단위의 스트리밍 방식으로 방송콘텐츠 구현시 상기 암시적 광고 과정에 대한 타임머신 광고 제공 기능을 구비한 스마트 TV에 있어서, 출력부에 UI 화면으로 구현되고 있는 방송콘텐츠에서 광고대상물에 대한 사용자에 대한 동공 확대가 센싱된 경우, 동공 확대가 센싱된 광고대상물을 포함하는 방송콘텐츠의 현재 구현 이미지를 캡처하여 캡처이미지를 생성하고, 캡처 전후의 미리 설정된 시간에 해당하는 방송콘텐츠를 저장하는 과정을 적어도 한번 이상 수행한 뒤, 상기 캡처된 캡처이미지 중 하나에 대한 선택을 위해 상기 사용자의 모션 이미지 센싱에 따른 캡처이미지 선택신호가 수신된 경우, 선택된 캡처이미지와 매칭되어 저장된 캡처 전후의 미리 설정된 시간에 해당하는 방송컨텐츠를 구현하는 타임머신 제공모듈; 를 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a smart TV which has a time machine advertisement provision function based on an emotional advertisement. The smart TV, which has a time machine advertisement provision function about an implicit advertisement process when displaying broadcast content in the streaming way of a broadcast transmission frame unit by dividing advertisement processes into the implicit advertisement process and an explicit advertisement process, includes a time machine providing module which: generates a capture image by capturing a current display image of broadcast content which includes an advertisement object at which a pupil dilatation is sensed in case the pupil dilatation of a user is sensed at the advertisement object in the broadcast content which is displayed on an output unit as an UI screen, performs at least one process which stores the broadcast content which corresponds to a preset time before and after the capture, and executes the broadcast content which corresponds to the preset time before and after the capture which is stored by being matched with a selected capture image in case a capture image selection signal is received according to the motion image sensing of the user in order to select one of captured images.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for providing a time machine advertisement based on a smart TV having an emotional advertisement function. The method of the present invention provides a time machine advertisement with respect to an implicit advertisement procedure when the smart TV implements broadcasting content through a streaming scheme in units of broadcasting transmission frames while distinguishing the implicit advertisement procedure from an explicit advertisement procedure. The method includes a first step of generating a capture image by capturing the currently formed image of broadcasting content including an advertisement object that causes the expansion of user′s eyes by the smart TV when the expansion of user′s eyes with respect to an advertisement object is sensed in broadcasting content implemented on a UI screen of an output unit, and storing broadcasting content corresponding to a preset time before and after the capture by the smart TV at least once; and a second step of implementing the broadcasting content, which is stored corresponding to the preset time before and after the capture by matching with a selected capture image, by the smart TV when a capture image selection signal according to motion image sensing of the user is received to select the images captured by the smart TV.
