Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing synthesis gas using domestic waste. According to the production apparatus for producing synthesis gas by using domestic waste of the present invention, installation costs and operating costs can be reduced through pollutant load decrease and the electricity production volume can be significantly increased. The apparatus for producing synthesis gas that is provided with domestic waste and produces synthesis gas at a high temperature to be used in a power generating apparatus according to the present invention includes a gas brazier body that generates synthesis gas through reaction between domestic waste and air and discharges residue; an air supply unit that pre-heats air, supplies the air to the gas brazier body, and recovers waste heat of the gas brazier body; a synthesis gas induced draft fan that takes in the synthesis gas from the gas brazier body; and a residue treatment unit that treats the residue which is discharged from the gas brazier body. The gas brazier body provides a cylindrical housing portion that has an inlet port formed in an upper portion and has the plurality of supply nozzles; a hopper type discharge unit that is formed in a lower portion inside the cylindrical housing portion and has the discharge port; a partitioning wall that extends from both ends of an inner side upper portion to the hopper type discharge unit side so that both side parts of the cylindrical housing portion form partitioned spaces; a synthesis gas discharge distribution plate that is formed in a lower end portion of the partitioning wall with multiple distribution holes; and a synthesis gas discharge duct that is formed on a side wall of the cylindrical housing portion to discharge the synthesis gas.

실시간으로 측정되는 수질 다항목을 사용하여 총 질소를 예측하는 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 총 질소 예측 장치는 적어도 하나의 수질 다항목의 상관 계수에 기초하여 상기 수질 다항목으로 구성된 회귀 모델을 선택하는 회귀 모델 선택부; 상기 선택된 회귀 모델의 적합도를 평가하는 적합도 평가부; 상기 적합도에 기초하여 상기 회귀 모델의 변경 여부를 판단하고, 변경이 필요한 경우, 상기 회귀 모델을 변경하는 회귀 모델 변경부; 및 상기 회귀 모델을 기초로 수역의 총 질소 량을 예측하는 총 질소 예측부를 포함할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An aluminum-based sludge recycling system purifies total phosphorous and recycles aluminum-based sludge like sludge generated after purifying total phosphorous in a total phosphorus treatment facility and purified sludge generated during processing drinking water to prevent secondary pollution due to the sludge treatment. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum-based sludge recycling system includes a reactive part, a dehydrator (200), a dryer (300), a pulverizing device (400), and a pellet device (500). The reactive part induces a hydrothermal synthesis reaction of aluminum and silica eluted total phosphorous, aluminum based sludge including sewage sludge, and phosphoric acid by adding acid to produce a zeolite reactant. The reactive part contains a hydrothermal reaction tank (110), a processing water feeding part (130), an acid agent feeding part (140), a phosphoric acid feeding part (150), a stirrer (160), a heater (170), and a controller.

PURPOSE: An equal water level collecting device for a water quality measuring facility is provided to stably collect sample water while actively dealing with changes in a river environment as a control unit automatically moves a water collecting unit up and down. CONSTITUTION: An equal water level collecting device for a water quality measuring facility comprises a water collecting device, a body unit(110), a water collecting unit(120), hoses(140,140a), a control unit, and a hose reel device(150). The water collecting unit is connected to a lifting device and includes a submerged pump for collecting sample water from a river or a lake. The hose transfers the sample water to a measurement station. The control unit operates the lifting device, thereby moving the water collecting unit up and down. The hose wheel device is installed in the inside of the body unit and winds or unwinds the hose according the up and down movement of the water collecting unit. PURPOSE: An apparatus for microalgae dissolution and fermentation is provided to shorten time for hydrogen and methane fermentation and to remarkably enhance hydrogen methane gas production. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for microalgae dissolution comprises an algae culture bath(11), an algae solubilizing tank(12) which is connected from an exhaust gas supply tank(10) at the back end of the algae culture bath by an exhaust gas line, a hydrogen fermentation tank(13), a methane fermentation tank(14); and a gas separation tank(15). The algae solubilizing tank comprises a device for measuring microalgae dissolution rate and recycling device. The gas separation tank further comprises a CO_2 circulation line which supplies carbon dioxide to the algae culture bath.

PURPOSE: A water treatment apparatus using a contactless lamp and pressurized ozone and a water treatment method using the same are provided to increase degradability and sterilization efficiency included in treated water using OH radical having strong oxidizing potential. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment apparatus using a contactless lamp and pressurized ozone includes a lamp part discharge ultraviolet rays and dipping in a pressure tank(150) and a dissolved ozone processing part(170) processing the dissolved ozone which is contained in treated water(110). The lamp part comprises the followings: a housing(210) of which bottom part is opened; a ultraviolet ray lamp(220) generating the ultraviolet rays(280); a gas layer(230) protecting the ultraviolet ray lamp; a water level detector(250) maintaining a water level uniformly; a gas supply pipe(260) supplying the gas; a reflection plate(240) maximizing the ultraviolet irradiation intensity; and a gas shield formed between the ultra-violet ray lamp and the gas layer.
