    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration responding device which distinguish occurrence of an irregular collision to discriminate it from a right to collision at low speed. SOLUTION: An acceleration responding device 30 includes a support part 34, and the support part 34 supports a rod 46 situated between two distanced parts of the support part. A weighted disc 48 is movably mounted on the rod. An indicator 50 is movably attached to a rod 46 which is close to the disc 48. A tube 62 is connected to the support part 34 in such as way as the device 30 swings easily. Owing to the effect of the acceleration of the device, the disc 48 moves along the rod 46 to push the indicator 50 along the rod. At the finish of swing movement, the disc 48 is returned to one end of the rod 46 while the indicator 50 remains at the position to which it has moved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a plastic made pipe clip to reduce a tendency to resonate and transmission of vibration by a pipe or a cable fixed in the clip. CONSTITUTION: A plastic made pipe clip is furnished with at least one article fixing member 8 supported on a support base 13, and the article fixing member 8 is installed on a flexible bridge member 10 supported by the support base 13. The flexible bridge member 10 can straddle over the support base 13, or the support base 13 can be off-set and arranged against the flexible bridge member 10 and can be positioned on one end of the bridge member or near it. The flexible bridge member 10 can be supported between two round bending elements directly or indirectly installed on the support base 13. A plural number of the article fixing members 8 can be made large enough to support a pipe and a cable of the same diameter or can be made in dimensions to support the pipe and the cable different in diameter.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a feeder capable of preventing a component to be supplied from being clogged and inclined. CONSTITUTION: A feeder for a thin and long component, in particular a component with a head is provided with a gripper having a feed tube having an inlet orifice connectable with a supply line and an orifice in a region of its top part and at least two grip arms 1, and the grip arm 1 has a front grip region 2 and a rear pivot shaft region 3. The gripper is arranged in a feed tube having a lower plane in the region of its top part and an upper plane opposing to it. The grip arms 1 have guide steps 6, respectively, and, preferably, guide step 6 is provided with taper and is extended on an end face 5 in the longitudinal direction bent from the pivot shaft region toward the upper plane into the grip region 2. The guide step 6 serves to guide a head of the thin and long component. The grip arm 1 has a recessed part 7 suitable for the thin and long component gripped in the grip region 2.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To form a small tube while fitting a blind rivet to a work by arranging two lugs opposite to each other other in the radial direction, and providing a recessed part directed to a rear end direction of a rivet main body. CONSTITUTION: A rivet 2 extended inside of a wall 10 of a rivet main body in the roughly radial direction is provided with two lugs 24, 26 arranged opposite to each other in the radial direction and provided with an abutment means in a rear end of the rivet 2. The lugs 24, 26 are provided with flat inside surfaces 28, 30 in parallel with each other, and width of the surface is set equal to a distance between two surfaces 28, 30. Furthermore, two recessed parts 32, 34 facing to each other in the radial direction and having a semicircular cross section are formed in the lugs 24, 26 directed to a rear part of the rivet 2. With this structure, the rivet can be securely fitted to the work, and a small tube can be manufactured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To compensate variation of drop time by holding a plunge time of a stud against a workpiece substantially at an ideal constant value in stud welding. CONSTITUTION: In each process of welding a stud 16, an average of plunge time actually generated in the prescribed time of welding previously practiced is calculated every practiced time. Upon a variation of average of plange time, a point of time of command to drop a solenoide 12 is made advanced or retarded to adjust a drop time, and thus aging, abrasion mechanical change and others in the welding machine 20 are compensated. Thereby, the plunge time is automatically held very close to an ideal value.
