    Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable secure welding by pushing a weld-in part having a head larger than a shank into weld metal formed on a carrier and arc welding both. CONSTITUTION: A metal component element 2 is installed on the carrier 1. The metal component element 2 is provided with a recessed part 3 to be inserted with the weld-in part 4. The weld-in part 4 has the shank 7 and is composed of a rim 9 and a camber 10 through a conical body 8. The weld-in part 4 is pressed to the carrier 1 by holding jaws 5 and 6, and an welding arc is ignited between the weld-in part 4 and the carrier 1. The weld-in part 4 is risen from the carrier 1 and the arc melts the carrier 1 in the front region of the camber 10 after the ignition. The weld-in part 4 is again pressed to plunge the carrier 10 into the weld metal, by which the molten liquid level is displaced and beads are formed beyond the conical body 9. The secure welding is thus executed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To sequentially arrange complicatedly designed plastic parts in a belt by connecting a plastic part and a guide element through at least one cross piece capable of separating them in the assembling position in which the plastic part is held by the guide element by a specified method. CONSTITUTION: At least one guide element 4 capable of gripping a plastic part during conveyance of a belt 1 is integrally formed on each plastic part 2 so that one or more thread 3 may be formed on the guide element 4 during molding of the plastic part 2 and the guide element 4 and so that the thread may be formed on at least one guide element 4 capable of gripping the plastic part during conveyance of the belt 1. In this case, the plastic part 2 and the guide element 4 are connected through at least one cross piece 5 capable of separating them in the assembling position in which the plastic part 2 is held by the guide element 4 by a specified method.
