    Abstract: Method for manufacturing a bent curve element and a blank for manufacturing a bent curved metal element for an endless chain conveying track are disclosed. The bent curve element has a support flange intended to constitute a guide rail for a first side of chain elements forming part of the chain conveying track, and a web from which the first flange extends. The web is intended to provide torsional rigidity to the bend element. A bend element is used to make bend unit which in turn is used to make a conveying track.

    Abstract: Dispositivo de desviación para un transportador que tenga una cadena continua de transportador accionada mediante un dispositivo de accionamiento en una pista del transportador, con al menos un elemento perfilado (10), en el que cada elemento perfilado (10) comprende una primera guía (11, 11'') para el movimiento de la cadena en dirección a un dispositivo de desviación y una segunda guía (12, 12'') para el movimiento de alejamiento de la cadena del dispositivo de desviación, teniendo el dispositivo de desviación una tercera guía (30, 40) configurada en un par de elementos (25) de pared enfrentados y conectable operativamente con dichas primera y segunda guías (11, 11''; 12, 12'') y que comprende una parte que invierte la dirección del movimiento de la cadena, caracterizado porque dicha parte que invierte la dirección del movimiento de la cadena cuenta con un par de fijaciones (30), en ambos lados de la cadena del transportador, que forman una parte enteriza con dichos elementos (25) de pared, yelementos (40) de guía, de montaje por salto elástico, asegurados en dichas fijaciones (30), formando dichas fijaciones y dicho elemento (40) de guía de montaje por salto elástico dicha tercera guía, teniendo dichos elemntos (40) de guía de montaje por salto elástico, en esencia, forma de U, con un par de primeros extremos (32, 33) de brazos diseñados de modo que formen con la primera (11,11'') y la segunda (12, 12'') guías del transportador una trayectoria de guía esencialmente continua para la cadena del transportador.

    Abstract: Deflecting device for a conveyor, comprising at least one profiled element (10) and deflecting devices (25) and in which a continuous conveyor chain is driven in the profiled element and the said deflecting devices. The profiled element comprises a first guide (11, 11') for the motion of the chain in the direction of a deflecting device and a second guide (12, 12') for the motion of the chain away from the deflecting device. The said at least one deflecting device has a third guide (26, 29, 40) on a pair of mutually opposing wall elements (25) actively connectable to the first and second guides and comprises a part (30'', 30'') which reverses the motional direction of the chain. Each wall element has a fixture device (30), configured in one piece therewith, for snapping-in of the guide/slide element on both sides of the conveyor.

    Abstract: A conveyor system comprising a conveyor chain, a chain guidance means and a guide support means. Each link comprises a link member (2), a connecting pin (7) and a bearing element (8). The second end of the link member has a first leg (11) and a second leg (12). The first leg has a first protrusion (6), which has a first through hole (9). The second leg has a second protrusion (18) arranged opposite the first protrusion (6), which has a second through hole (9') substantially coaxial with the first through hole (9) and of the same cross section. The first hole (9) and second through hole (9') are arranged to hold the connecting pin. The bearing element is substantially spherical. The first end has a substantially spherical bearing seat (10) arranged to cooperate with at least a part of the surface of the spherical bearing element.
