Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway for PTT (push-to-talk) type services which can be prepared on a fixed or mobile telecommunications network. SOLUTION: This gateway includes means (20) for creating a first instance of a first push-to-talk client (CL1) adapted to communicate with a second push-to-talk client (CL2) via a first telecommunications network (R1); means (CL1-IP) for setting up a call with a service provider (FS1, FS2) on a second telecommunications network (R2); and control means (10) adapted to set up a first communications channel (S) between the first instance of the first push-to-talk client (CL1) and the communications means (CL1-IP) to set up a logical session between a second push-to-talk client (CL2) and the service provider (FS1, FS2). Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fair blind signature process. SOLUTION: In the fair blind signature process, a user converses with a signer to complete a 7-tuple (A, e, s, t, x u , x, m) so that A e =a 0 a x 1 a m 2 a xu 3 a t 4 a s 5 (mod n) may be satisfied. Here, a 0 , a 1 , a 2 , a 3 , a 4 , a 5 , and n are elements of public keys (PUBK S ) of the signer. During a signature issuing phase, the user (U) supplies a data element (a 1 x ) enciphered according to already-known key (f) by a reliable organization (TA) to the signer (S), and this data element (a 1 x ) is indicated while a signed message is transmitted. Similarly, the signed message is transmitted in relation to second enciphered data comprising a second data element a xu 3 enciphered according to the already-known key (f) by the reliable organization (TA), and this second data element a xu 3 is indicated to the signer during the signature issuing phase. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep minimum the time required for receiving data, according to the level of importance of the data and to transmit data, of which the level of importance changes. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a process for transmitting data associated with transmitted information over a communication network. The data are divided into data groups, and an information item representing the level of importance of the data in each data group is associated with each of the data groups. In such a case, a server 100 performs the steps of determining a transmission cycle for each data group, inserting each of the data groups into the determined transmission cycle, and inserting each of the data groups as many times as the number of times, based on the level of importance of the data in each data group. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal regeneration device for regenerating a signal that carrying an item of information encoded by the phase modulation of the signal. SOLUTION: An optical regeneration device 32 is provided for a signal carrying an item of information encoded by the phase modulation of the signal which is transmitted over an optical network 14 and comprising a temporal succession of optical pulses. The device comprises an optical pulse nonlinear phase shift module 36, a linear pulse broadening module 34, and a module 38 for the linear compensation of broadening undergone by the pulses in the linear broadening module 34. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for posting a message (MSG) that a sender deposited into an box (12) of a receiver's messaging server (1) for the receiver's telecommunication terminal (2). SOLUTION: The method and the system include a step to send an illustration (8) search request from the server to a directory device (3), a step to send the illustration from the device to the server, a step to send the message and the illustration from the server to a server center (MMSC), and a step to send a multimedia message (MMS) containing the message and the illustration from the server center to the terminal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow access and IP communication network services to authenticate a user at a same time of trying to connect to IP service or Internet access provider. SOLUTION: This user authentication method is as follows: (1) A user's terminal 11 issues an access request including user identification/authentication data transmitted to authentication servers 6, 7 and 8 of the access or IP service provider to the access or IP service provider. (2) The access request is transmitted to the authentication server 12 of the network services beforehand. (3) The authentication server 12 takes a step of authenticating the user based on the user identification/authentication data by the network services. (4) The authentication servers 6, 7 and 8 take the step of authenticating the user based on the user identification data. (5) A response message including the result of the user authentication by the authentication servers 6, 7, 8 and 12 is transmitted to the user's terminal 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
