PURPOSE: A method for pre-treating bacteria for screening an anti-inflammatory agent in oral cavity is provided to prevent protein denaturation of oral bacteria and to maintain antigenicity of the oral bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A method for pre-treating bacteia for screenign an anti-inflammatory agent in oral cavity comprises: a step of heating the oral bacteria at 80-120 Deg. C.; and a step of freezing the oral bacteria at -90 Deg. C. to -50 Deg. C. The oral bacteria contain anaerobic bacteria. The oral bacteria include Fusobacterium nucleatum, Prevotellaintermedia, Capnocyto phagagingivalis, Actinomyces viscosus, Actinomyces naeslundii, Actinomyces israelii, Streptococcus sanguis, Streptococcus mitis, Treponemapallidum, Porphyromonasgingivalis, or Treponema denticola. 본 발명은 대추 추출물 및 호두 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 대추 추출물 및 호두 추출물을 함유하는 피부보습용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 대추 추출물은 한방에서 주로 이용되고 있는 생약재 중 피부각질 분화를 촉진하고, 호두 추출물은 풍부한 지질을 함유하여 각질층의 수분을 보유할 수 있다. 본 발명의 대추 추출물 및 호두 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 세포에서 각질형성세포에 의한 각질층의 분화를 촉진하고, 손상된 피부의 장벽기능을 회복시키며, 인체실험에서도 피부 보습력 증가 및 유지에 보다 뛰어난 효과를 나타내므로, 피부보습용 화장료 조성물로써 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A flexibility improvement degree evaluation method of cosmetic products and skin is provided to evaluate skin flexibility based on an average displacement value of the skin, thereby quantitatively evaluating a flexibility improvement degree. CONSTITUTION: A skin flexibility evaluation method utilizes a stretching degree of skin when pressure is applied on the skin. An evaluation method utilizes a cutometer which measures a restored degree of the skin when the pressure is removed. The flexibility estimation method evaluates a corneous layer of the skin. A cosmetic material is sprayed on the skin. The pressure is applied after 0.1 to 6 hours of spraying the cosmetic material on the skin.

PURPOSE: A composition containing cinnamic acid derivatives, triazine derivatives, and methoxy phenyl acrylate derivatives is provided to remarkably reduce chemical decomposition in case of irradiating with light. CONSTITUTION: A composition for sun screening contains cinnamic acid derivatives, triazine derivatives, and methoxy phenyl acrylate derivatives as an active ingredient. The triazine derivative includes bis-ethyl hexcyloxyphenyl methoxy phenyl triazine, tris(diisobutyl-aminobenzalmalonate)triazine, or combination thereof. The methoxyphenyl acrylate derivative is ethyl hexyl methoxy crylene. The composition further contains salicylic acid derivatives and benzalonate derivatives.

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the gorgeousness of a face is provided to enable a user to select a proper cosmetic treatment according to an evaluation result of the gorgeousness of the face. CONSTITUTION: A skin condition is checked according to a visual evaluation. A skin condition check result is graded based on an evaluation standard. A mean value of scores is produced. It is determined whether the skin condition is gorgeous or not according to the mean value.

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing Scutellaria baicalensis extract is provided to suppress skin adhesion of harmful bacteria and biofilm formation. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for suppressing biofilm formulation contains 0.01-5 wt% of Scutellaria baicalensis extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains garlic extract or onion extract. The composition suppresses biofilm formed by Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis.

Breit., Triticum aestivum L., Saururus chinensis Baill., Polygala tenuifolia Willd., or Gleditsia sinensis Lam. as an active ingredient. The composition promotes differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes. The mesenchymal stem cells are derived from human. A pharmaceutical composition for promoting differentiation of adipocytes contains the extract as an active ingredient.
