본 고안은 피지제거용 빗에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 빗살들이 구비된 빗 몸체; 및, 상기 빗살들에 흡착제가 도포될 수 있도록 내부에 분말형태의 흡착제가 수용된 흡착제 공급박스를 포함하고, 상기 흡착제 공급박스의 측면에는 상기 빗살들에 대응되게 흡착제 제거 그루브가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 두피의 피지를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.

본 고안은 피지제거용 빗에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 빗살들로 마련된 빗살부가 구비된 빗 몸체; 상기 빗살들의 단부에 두피의 피지를 흡착시키는 흡착제가 마련된 피지흡착부; 및, 상기 피지흡착부의 빗살들 사이에 배치되도록 상기 빗 몸체에 구비되어 빗살들과 두피 사이의 공기를 이온화시키는 이온발생부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 두피의 피지를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing germinating plant seed extract using medicinal herb liquid is provided to ensure enhanced antioxidation effect. CONSTITUTION: A medicinal herb liquid for germinating plant seeds contains Prunus persica (L.) Batsch, Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Maxim. or siliceous sinter. The medicinal herb liquid further contains green tea. A germinating plant seed extract is obtained by immersing plant seed in a medicinal herb liquid and germinating. The plant seed is seed of Phaseolus angularis, Sesamum indicum, Coix lacryma-jabi L. var., or Raphanus sativus. The composition contains 0.001-30 weight% of germinating plant seed extract.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fermented extract is provided to promote PPAR-α(Peroxisome Proliferator activated Receptors-alpha) activation and ensure high skin barrier recovery and moisturization enhancement. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains fermented extract of Mori radicis Cortex, Rehmanniae Radix crudus, Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap with salt as an active ingredient. A method for producing fermented extract comprises a step of adding salt to extract of Mori radicis Cortex, Rehmanniae Radix crudus, Betula platyphylla var. japonica sap then fermenting; and a step of extracting water or organic solvent. The salt concentration is 10~30 weight% based on total weight%.

A skin external composition containing a complex of herbal extract is provided to promote the differentiation of keratinocyte, recover the damaged skin barrier function and improve the skin moisturization. A skin external composition comprises a complex of herbal extract containing Punica granatum L., Prunus armeniaca, Coix lacryma-jobi, Saururus chinensis and Perilla frutescens var. acuta in a weight ratio of 1:2:2:6-8:6-8. The complex of herbal extract is contained in 0.0001~20 weight% based on total weight. The complex of herbal extract is extracted using purified water, methanol, ethanol, glycerin, ethylacetate, butyleneglycol, propylene glycol, dichloromethane or the hexane. The complex of herbal extract is obtained by heating or filtering, evaporating solvent, and spray-drying or freeze-drying. A process for preparing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside is provided to produce a large quantity of kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside having high physiological activities including anti-oxidative and blood circulation-improving effects from the seeds of green tea containing a large quantity of glycosides including camelliaside A, B, so that the substance is useful in cosmetics and food. A process for preparing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside represented by the formula(1) comprises the steps of: extracting plants containing kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycoside with water or organic solvent to prepare the plant extract; and hydrolyzing the plant extract with an enzyme or microorganism at 4.0-5.5 and 30-50 deg. C for 48-76 hours to selectively remove sugars from the kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycoside, wherein the enzyme is glucosidase, cellulase, galactosidase, amyloglucosidase, xylosidase, xylanase or naringinase; and the microorganism is Aspergillus sp., Bacillus sp., Penicillium sp., Rhizopus sp., Rhizomucor sp., Talaromyces sp., Bifidobacterium sp., Mortierella sp., Cryptococcus sp. or Microbacterium sp. Further, the kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside glycoside is a Camelliaside A or a Camelliaside B.

A method for preparing an icariside II is provided to obtain the icariside II which inhibits synthesis of tyrosinase by inhibiting the enzymatic activity of alpha-glucosidase, an important enzyme for glycosylation of the tyrosinase. A method for preparing an icariside II represented by the formula(1) comprises a step of extracting an Epimedium sp. plant such as Epimedium brevicornum Maxim., Epimedium grandiflorum Morr., Epimedium koreanum Nakai, Epimedium pubescens Maxim., Epimedium sagittatum Maxim. and Epimedium wushanense with an organic solvent such as ethanol, methanol, butanol, ether, ethylacetate and chloroform or a mixture of the organic solvent and water. In the formula(1), R1 is rhamnopyranose. A skin whitening composition comprises the icariside II as an effective ingredient.
