Abstract:
본 발명은 아가로스를 이용한 다공성 3차원 지지체의 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 다공성 3차원 지지체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 다공성 3차원 지지체의 제조방법은 공극 유도 물질인 아가로스를 준비한 후, 이를 액체 상태로 하이드로 겔화하여 아가로스 겔을 제조한 후, 이를 지지체를 형성하는 생체재료의 주원료와 함께 성형틀에 주입하여 가압성형하는 단계와 상기 성형물을 급속 냉각한 후, 동결건조시킨 다음 이를 에탄올로 고정시킨 후, 50℃ 이상의 물에 담구어 아가로스를 제거함으로써 다공성 및 통기성이 형성된 3차원 지지체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 지지체 내부에 공극뿐 아니라 공극 간의 연결 통로가 형성되도록 한 다공성 3차원 지지체의 제조방법이 제공되며, 지지체 표면에 부착한 조직의 세포가 지지체 내부로 침투하는 효과를 증대시킬 수 있게 되어 재생의 효율을 증대시킬 수 있는 다공성 3차원 지지체가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A silk artificial lipid membrane for artificial cerebral dura mater and biological films are provided to facilitate surgical operation by reinforcing flexibility and improving stability. CONSTITUTION: A silk artificial lipid membrane for artificial cerebral dura mater and biological films comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixed solution by mixing 0.01-50.00 wt% of salt with 50-99.99wt% of silk fibroin; and manufacturing a silk artificial lipid membrane by pouring the mixed solution into a flat container and desiccating thereof at 20-80 deg. Celsius in a thermostatic chamber which contains 20-80 wt% of moisture. The salt is one of calcium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium acetate.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A membrane for guiding bone tissue regeneration using silk protein is provided to regenerating bone tissue without inflammation, by having excellent adhesion and biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A membrane for guiding bone tissue regeneration comprises: a step of obtaining silk fibroin by removing sericin from silk protein; a step of manufacturing silk fibroin salt ethanol solution by dissolving the silk fibroin in to ethanol solution with salt; a step of manufacturing silk fibroin solution by removing salt and ethanol from the silk fibroin solution; and a step of drying the silk fibroin solution into a flat container. The silk fibroin solution contains 0.5-20 weight% of silk fibroin. The salt is one selected from bromide salt,, lithium chloride, zinc chloride, calcium chloride, and calcium nitrate.

목적: 본 발명은 뇌척수액이 누수되지 않고, 종래 인공경막과는 달리 생체적합성이 우수하여 세포독성이 없고 수술시 염증을 유발하지 않으면서 투명하여 수술시 안전성을 담보할 수 있는 실크피브로인을 주요 구성 요소로 하는 인공경막을 제공하는 것이다. 방법: 본 발명자들은 누에( Bombyx mori )로부터 얻은 실크 피브로인을 이용하여 투명한 인공 뇌경막을 제조하였고, 인비트로 및 인비보에서 세포독성 및 염증저해효과를 시험하였다. 실크 피브로인 인공 뇌경막을 가지고 뇌경막재생수술을 동물 모델에 실시하였다. 염증은 조직학적 시험 및 웨스턴 블랏팅으로 측정하였다. 본 발명의 실크 피브로인을 이용한 새로운 인공 뇌경막은 세포 내에서 세포 독성을 나타내지 않았고, 래트에서 일반적인 종래의 뇌경막 재료인 음성대조군과 비교하여 차이가 없었다. 또한, 실크 피브로인 뇌경막은 래트에서 COX-2와 iNOS 발현을 효과적으로 감소시켰다.

CONSTITUTION: An artificial eardrum using a silk protein comprises a silk film shape by desalinating and drying silk protein or silk protein compound solution obtained after removing ceracin from cocoons or fibroin Silk protein or silk protein compound solution are dissolved using chaotropic salt or one compound of bromination lithium, lithium chloride, zinc chloride, or calcium chloride. At least one additive of gelatin, collagen, chitosan, alginic acid, hyaluronic acid, pluronic 127 or PEG is added to the silk film.

A composition for preventing and treating osteoporosis comprising silk peptide as an active ingredient is provided to suppress the differentiation of osteoclast by using natural protein. A composition for preventing and treating osteoporosis comprises silk peptide as an active ingredient. The silk peptide is an acid of silk or hydrolysate of enzyme. The silk peptide is the pyrolysate of cocoon containing sericin. An amino acid composition of the silk peptide are 80 weight% or greater based on the total content of glycine 40-45 weight%, alanine 20-30 weight% and serine 10-20 weight%.
Abstract:
A simple purifying method of bee venom is provided to minimize the change of bee venom ingredients in case that the bee venom is stored for long time and enable the continuous supply of bee venom. Therefore, the purified bee venom can be used for the development of food and medical supplies including bee venom as the ingredients. A method for purifying the bee venom collected from a glass collection board of a bee venom collecting apparatus comprises the steps of: a first process for dissolving the collected bee venom in a thirdly sterilized distilled water for 5~15min, wherein the weight ratio of the bee venom and the distilled water is 1:45~55; a second process for centrifuging 300g of the solution obtained from the first process at 4°C for 5~15min; a third process for filtering out supernatant from the centrifuged solution by filter paper having a pore size of 8mum, or by a vacuum pump; and a fourth process for drying the filtrate frozen at -65~75°C.

PURPOSE: Compositions for preventing or treating brain neuronal diseases and improving recognition function are provided, thereby effectively preventing or treating brain neuronal diseases with less of side-effects. CONSTITUTION: The composition for preventing or treating brain neuronal diseases comprises (a) a pharmaceutically effective amount of silk peptide produced by decomposition of silk protein; and (b) pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, wherein the silk protein is silk sericin or silk fibroin; the decomposition of silk protein is carried out by using calcium solution such as calcium chloride, acid hydrolysis, protein decomposing enzyme such as thermoase, flavourzyme, sumizyme, protamex and protin and a combination thereof; and the average molecular weight of the silk peptide is 300 to 100,000 dalton. The composition for improving recognition function comprises (a) a pharmaceutically effective amount of silk peptide produced by decomposition of silk protein; and (b) pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
