본 발명은 항생제 대체용 P5 펩타이드를 함유하는 사료첨가제 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 사료에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 P5 펩타이드를 항생제 대체제로써 이유자돈 또는 육계의 사료에 첨가하여 사육한 결과, 이유자돈에서 항균 펩타이드 P5 급여군이 대조군에 비하여 유해 미생물의 성장을 억제하였으며, 영양소 소화율을 개선하여 사양성적을 향상시켰다. 또한, 육계의 사료에 항균 펩타이드 P5의 첨가 수준이 높을수록 대조군에 비하여 장내 유해미생물을 생장을 억제하여 영양소 소화율 및 증체량을 개선하는 것으로 나타났으므로, 항균 펩타이드 P5를 이유자돈 또는 육계 사료 내에 항생제를 대체하여 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A poly-gamma-glutamic acid hydrogel is provided to ensure excellent water absorption and stability, to be useful as high moisturizing cosmetic and the gel for moisture absorption, and to be utilized as high value added new material. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a poly-gamma-glutamic acid hydrogel comprises a step of adding salt to poly-gamma-glutamic acid and dissolving it, then irradiating gamma rays to the solution. The average molecular weight of the poly-gamma-glutamic acid is 50~15,000 kDa. The salt is selected from the group consisting of KH2PO4, K2HPO4, NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, (NH4)2SO4, (NH4)2S2O8, MgSO4, NaCl, CaCl2 and their mixture.

CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring self-assembly of nucleocapsid of SARS protein comprises: a step of inserting a gene encoding yellow fluorescence protein(YFP) N-terminal into a gene encoding the nucleocapsid of SARS virus; a step of inserting a gene encoding YFP C-terminal into a gene encoding other nucleocapsid; a step of transforming the genes into animal cells; a step of expressing gene in the transformed animal cells; and a step of measuring distribution of fluorescence protein and intensity of fluorescence.
