Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing production history information using RFID in meat processing factory are provided to trace the history of meat product. CONSTITUTION: A controller(26) is received the information acknowledged with electronic tags(4,6) from RFID readers(21,22,23,25). The controller is received the weight value of the cut of meat from the apparatus for measuring the weight(31). The entity identification information and transfer box ID information of the respective received conductor are matched from the RFID reader for the rail end side terminal RFID reader and the first box recognition, the controller transmits the matching result data. The processing stage client server(29) of the meat processing company is received the weight value of the cut of meat and the transfer box ID information in which the warehousing information and matching result data.

Abstract: A pork carrying trolley system is provided, which enables to easily confirm the stability of the pork product through the confirmed information. Abstract: An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products is provided to determine the internal defects such as cavity and browning of the agricultural products and the quality rapidly and accurately without being influenced by the external noise by detecting frequency through direct application of vibration to the agricultural products without sampling or cutting of the agricultural products. An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products comprises a tray(10) in which agricultural products such as watermelon are placed and transferred in a predetermined direction and a through hole is formed; a worktable in which a transfer belt(22) to transfer the tray is equipped and a through hole(20a) is formed on the progress path; a striker(30) which is attached to a first lift(32) installed at a support(31) on the worktable to be lifted up and down directly over the through hole and strike the outer circumference of the products; a vibration sensor(40) which is installed at a support bracket(41) at the lower side of the worktable to be lifted up and down directly under the striker and the upper end portion of which is closely attached to the outer circumference of the products to detect the internal vibration of the products generated by the striker; and a controlling portion which controls the working of each of the elements and also determines the internal defects of the products.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fruit selecting device is provided to prevent fruits from being damaged and to improve the reliability for selecting fruits by automatically carrying out the fruit selecting work. CONSTITUTION: A fruit selecting device includes a fruit supplying section(1) for loading fruits on a fruit bowl. The fruit bowl having fruits is conveyed by means of a fruit conveying container(4). A grade determining section(8) is installed on the fruit conveying container(4) in order to determine the grade of fruits. First and second discharging sections(2,3) are provided to discharge fruits selected by the grade determining section(8). The fruit bowl is guided into the first discharging section or second discharging section by means of a guiding device.
