Abstract: An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products is provided to determine the internal defects such as cavity and browning of the agricultural products and the quality rapidly and accurately without being influenced by the external noise by detecting frequency through direct application of vibration to the agricultural products without sampling or cutting of the agricultural products. An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products comprises a tray(10) in which agricultural products such as watermelon are placed and transferred in a predetermined direction and a through hole is formed; a worktable in which a transfer belt(22) to transfer the tray is equipped and a through hole(20a) is formed on the progress path; a striker(30) which is attached to a first lift(32) installed at a support(31) on the worktable to be lifted up and down directly over the through hole and strike the outer circumference of the products; a vibration sensor(40) which is installed at a support bracket(41) at the lower side of the worktable to be lifted up and down directly under the striker and the upper end portion of which is closely attached to the outer circumference of the products to detect the internal vibration of the products generated by the striker; and a controlling portion which controls the working of each of the elements and also determines the internal defects of the products.

Abstract: 본 발명은 수박에 대한 손상을 방지하는 가운데 솔레노이드를 이용한 타격장치와 음향신호장치를 이용하여 개별적인 수박의 내부 품질 등급별 판정을 효과적으로 이룰 수 있도록 한 수박 결함 판정 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 사각틀 형태로 하부 바닥부위에 받침판이 형성된 프레임과, 수박이 얹혀진 트레이를 운반 이송하는 이송벨트와, 양쪽단부가 곡률지게 형성되고 1축로봇에 의해 승하강되며 와이어와 균형추가 연결된 지지대와, 브라켓에 의해 지지대의 일측단부에 설치되고 솔레노이드에 의해 타격봉이 전,후진 이동되며 스텝모터와 타이밍 벨트에 의해 타격위치가 조절되게 구성된 타격부와, 브라켓에 의해 지지대의 타측단부에 설치되고 타격봉에 의해 발생된 음향을 측정하는 제 1, 2, 3음향센서가 결합되며 스텝모터와 타이밍 벨트에 의해 전,후진 이동되며 음향신호 측정거리가 조절되는 다중 음향측정부로 이루어지되, 상기 타격부는 솔레노이드에 의해 타격봉이 전,후진되게 구성되며 스텝모터와 타이밍 벨트에 의해 타격위치가 조절되게 이루어지고, � ��기 다중 음향측정부는 제 1, 2, 3 음향센서가 구성되며 스텝모터와 타이밍 벨트에 의해 전,후진되어 음향신호 측정거리가 조절되도록 구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fruit selecting device is provided to prevent fruits from being damaged and to improve the reliability for selecting fruits by automatically carrying out the fruit selecting work. CONSTITUTION: A fruit selecting device includes a fruit supplying section(1) for loading fruits on a fruit bowl. The fruit bowl having fruits is conveyed by means of a fruit conveying container(4). A grade determining section(8) is installed on the fruit conveying container(4) in order to determine the grade of fruits. First and second discharging sections(2,3) are provided to discharge fruits selected by the grade determining section(8). The fruit bowl is guided into the first discharging section or second discharging section by means of a guiding device. A plurality of bowl retrieving conveyers(5,6,7) are provided to allow the fruit bowl into the fruit supplying section(1).
