    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic luminescent compound and an organic electro luminescence device using thereof are provided to induce the increase of power efficiency for obtaining an OLED device with improved power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An organic luminescent compound has a structure marked with chemical formula 1, and is included in a hole transport layer and a hole injection layer of an organic electro luminescence. The organic electro luminescence device contains the organic luminescent compound, and includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and more than one organic material layer inserted in between the first and second electrodes. The organic material layer contains more than one organic luminescent compound and host.
