Abstract: An organic light emitting display device is provided to prevent an inflow of a reinforcing material inside an IC device mounting region by preventing a flow of the reinforcing material through a blocking projection. An IC device is arranged on the pad region. A second substrate(24) is bonded in the first substrate. A reinforcing material is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
