Abstract: PURPOSE: An inertia sensor is provided to secure a space in the lower part of a mass body without a separate bottom cap. Abstract: PURPOSE: An inertia sensor is provided to electrically connect an integrated circuit to an external circuit board through a passing hole which passes through membrane.
