Abstract: A method for manufacturing a wiring for a display device and a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor substrate are provided to enhance the adhesion degree of an upper layer and prevent the lifting of the wiring, by forming the wiring to have a gentle lateral surface. A metal layer is formed on a substrate(110). The metal layer has a multi-layer structure of a first metal layer(129p) and a second metal layer(129q). A photoresist film(40) is formed on the metal layer. The metal layer is etched by using the photoresist film as a mask, thereby forming a metal wiring(129). In the photoresist film, a surface slope with respect to the metal layer gets larger from an end to a predetermined location.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An optical recording medium capable of performing recording/reproducing operations is provided to apply a buffering layer to be recordable, thereby increasing productivity as well as lowering costs without using an expensive organic pigment. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) has a pre-groove for guiding a beam while recording. A thin metal film(20) is formed on the substrate(10). A buffering layer(30) and a reflective layer(40) are sequentially accumulated on the thin metal film(20). A protecting layer is additionally accumulated. A laser beam condensed while recording heats the thin metal film(20). The heat is transmitted to the substrate(10) and the buffering layer(30). Portions of the substrate(10) neighboring to the heated thin metal film(20) are transformed by thermal expansion. The heated part of the thin metal film(20) is expanded toward the buffering layer(30).

The optical recording medium is recorded at wavelength of 630-670mm. The buffer layer includes the first/second dyes of 70-99.5wt%/0.5-30wt% of gross weight. Disassemble temperature for the dyes is over 200deg.C, and difference between disassemble/melting temperatures is under 80deg.C.
