The present invention relates to a multifunctional coating structure and a forming method thereof, wherein the coating structure improves the durability, reliability, and corrosion resistance of an anti-fingerprint coating layer by forming an antimicrobial coating layer between a product to be coated and the anti-fingerprint coating layer. For this, the coating structure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an antimicrobial layer formed on the surface of the product and an anti-fingerprint coating layer formed on the antimicrobial layer.

CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for preventing conspicuousness of fingerprint comprises a compound in chemical formula 1: [R1O-(CH2CH2O)n]r-[R2-(CH2)l]m-SiXpYq, and solvent. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen, or a C1-3 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, n is an integer form 1-12, r is 0 or 1, and X is a C1-3 alkyl group, Y is a halogen atom, a C1-3 alkoxy group or hydroxy group, m is an integer from 1-3, p is an integer from 0-2, q is an integer from 1-3, and m+p+q is 4.

CONSTITUTION: An inkjet printer head comprises a substrate(110), passage forming layers(120), and a nozzle layer. The passage forming layers are formed on the substrate. The nozzle layer is formed on the passage forming layers. An epoxy group or a hydroxyl group of the nozzle layer is protected from an alcohol protector.

A manufacturing method of an inkjet printer head comprises: a step of forming a flow path forming layer(120) by patterning a first negative photoresist composite coated on a substrate(110) in which a heater(141) and an electrode(142) are formed; a step of forming a sacrificial layer which covers the flow path forming layer; a step of planarizing the upper side of the sacrificial layer and the flow path forming layer by polishing; a step of forming a nozzle layer having a nozzle by patterning a second negative photoresist composite after coating the second negative photoresist composite on the flow path forming layer and the sacrificial layer; a step of forming an ink supply hole in the substrate; and a step of removing the sacrificial layer.
