Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for displaying an image on self- luminescence display and an apparatus for the same are provided to reduce power consumption by maintaining the brightness of an image frame. CONSTITUTION: In a method for displaying an image on self- luminescence display and an apparatus for the same, a frame buffer(13) stores an inputted image frame temporarily. A memory unit(12) stores the relation of channel load at channel and the brightness of a display unit. A luminance estimation unit(11) confirms the channel load of the image frame. The luminance estimation unit estimates the brightness of the display unit A luminance correction part(15) receives the brightness estimate value of the display unit. The brightness correction part corrects the luminance of the image frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for displaying screen according to degree of strength of brightness of outside light are provided to enable a user to recognize a screen clearly regardless of high brightness of the external light by improving the visibility of the screen. CONSTITUTION: A measuring sensor(140) measures the intensity of the brightness of the external light. A display unit(120) displays the display data. A controller(100) compares the intensity of the brightness of the external light measured by the measuring sensor with the preset intensity of the brightness of the external light. The controller sets the color attribute value that has more than one attribute values comprising the display data higher than the preset value, according to the comparison result. The controller changes one of the preset color attribute values into the contrasting attribute value. The controller displays the changed attribute value using the display unit.

Abstract: A multimedia data profiling method and a mobile communication terminal therefor are provided to complement deficient color by periodically updating profile information stored in the terminal, and to download profile information of each apparatus to match the information when the external multimedia apparatuses are connected, thereby optimizing display of multimedia data. Basic profile information on multimedia data is stored when a mobile communication terminal is initialized(S200). The stored profile information is periodically downloaded from a web server and updated(S210). It is detected whether or not the terminal is connected with external multimedia apparatuses(S220). If so, it is decided whether profile information of the external apparatuses exists(S230). If not, the profile information of the apparatuses is downloaded from the server(S240). The downloaded profile information is matched with the stored profile information to output the information in optimized color(S250-S290).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas flowing device and its method in cleaning procedure of tungsten silicide deposition equipment are provided to prevent the lifetime of heaters from being reduced by an arcing phenomenon by using nitrogen gas in the cleaning process of the tungsten silicide deposition equipment. CONSTITUTION: A silicon source gas line and a silicon source mass flow controller for a tungsten silicide layer are prepared. A tungsten source gas line and a tungsten source mass flow controller for the tungsten silicide layer are prepared. A cleaning gas line and a cleaning gas controller introduce cleaning gas to the inside of a tungsten silicide chamber before the tungsten silicide layer is deposited. The silicon source gas line, the tungsten source gas line, the cleaning gas line and the chamber are purged by an argon gas line. A base nitrogen gas line is positioned under a susceptor for loading a wafer into the chamber for depositing the tungsten silicide layer. The base nitrogen gas line applies heat to the susceptor and makes nitrogen gas flow to the outer circumferential surface of the heater. The cleaning gas is introduced to the inside of the chamber. Nitrogen gas is introduced to the outer circumferential surface of the heater. Radio frequency(RF) power is applied while the cleaning gas and the nitrogen gas are consecutively introduced.
