    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooperation communication method in a communication system and apparatus thereof are provided to promote the performance of data transmission by executing cooperation communication through a mobile relay unit. CONSTITUTION: An acquisition unit(1411) acquires information for second channel quality between the target relay and reception end and information for first channel quality between a transmission end(1400) and a target relay unit(1410).
