Abstract: A heating cooker is provided to simplify the configuration of a flow channel open/shut unit for opening/shutting an air flow channel for supplying air to a cooking chamber. A heating cooker comprises a case having a cooking chamber; a heater arranged in the cooking chamber; a door arranged at the case so as to open/shut the cooking chamber; a duct(60) having an air flow channel connected to the cooking chamber so as to guide air existing outside the cooking chamber to the cooking chamber; and a flow channel open/shut unit for opening/shutting the air flow channel.
