Abstract: 본 발명은 화상형성장치의 현상장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 교환용 현상제 카트리지가 장착되는 카트리지 장착부가 마련되며, 상기 카트리지로부터 공급된 현상제가 수용되는 공동부를 구비함 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 공동부에 설치되며 그 표면 일부가 프레임의 외측으로 노출되는 감광드럼과, 상기 감광드럼에 인접되게 설치되는 현상 드럼을 구비한 화상형성장치의 현상장치에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 장착부의 일측에 설치되어 상기 카트리지의 장착 및 이탈을 제어하는 규제 수단을 구비하고, 상기 규제 수단은 카트리지 착탈장치와, 카트리지의 착탈동작에 연동되어 카트리지의 장착횟수를 계수하는 계수장치와, 상기 계수장치에 의해 계수된 횟수가 임의로 정해진 횟수에 도달하면 상기 카트리지의 탈리를 방지하는 카트리지 탈리 방지장치를 포함한다.
이와같이, 카트리지 착탈 규제장치에 의해 현상제 카트리지의 교환 횟수를 제한하여 공급 및 회수 현상제의 총량을 제한하게 되므로, 종래와 같은 현상제 공급총량과 현상제 회수부의 체적과의 불균형으로 인한 현상제의 넘침으로 기기내부를 오염시키는 사태의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.-

Abstract: An image forming apparatus is provided to secure high price competitiveness by employing a plurality of sliding hubs, fixing hubs, a cam and a cam shaft for selectively combining the sliding hubs and the fixing hubs and simplify the structure of the image forming apparatus by driving the cap using a stepping motor. An image forming apparatus sequentially develops a monochrome toner image on a photosensitive drum using a plurality of developing devices and transfers the toner image to an intermediate transfer medium to print a color image. The image forming apparatus includes the plurality of developing devices, a cam shaft, a plurality of cams(131), and a power transmitter. The plurality of cams are located at the cam shaft, respectively corresponding to the plurality of developing devices. Abstract: A fixing unit fixing an image on a paper and an image-forming apparatus having the same are provided. The fixing unit includes a heat roller, pressure rollers, a bracket, springs, and a paper guide. The heat roller has a heat source therein and the pressure rollers face the heat roller to form fixing nips. The bracket rotatably supports the pressure rollers and is also adapted to pivot. The springs elastically pressurize the bracket to closely attach the pressure rollers on the heat roller and the paper guide guides a paper so that a paper jam may not occur between the pressure rollers.
