    Abstract: PURPOSE: An air-conditioner is provided to control the flow of discharged air according to the rotating angle of a first panel and a second panel. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises a cabinet(10), a front panel(20) which is arranged in the front of the cabinet and which is divided into a first panel(21) and a second panel(22), and rotating units which respectively rotate the first panel and the second panel. The first panel and the second panel are rotated around the one side adjoining. Air in the cabinet is discharged to the other side of the first panel and the second panel revolving with rotating units. The rotating units rotate the first panel and the second panel at the same time or individually. The rotating units vary the flow of the discharged air by respectively controlling the rotation angle of the first panel and the second panel.

    Abstract: A spinner having a bake unit is provided to prevent inner components from colliding with one another by stopping operation of a subsequent driving unit when a cover unit is not opened normally. A spinner includes a bake unit(110), a cylinder(118), a driving unit(120), a horizontal sensor(150), and a controller(160). The bake unit includes a bake chamber having a hot plate and a cover unit. A wafer is supported by support pins on the hot plate. The cylinder vertically moves the cover unit, such that the bake chamber is opened or closed. The driving unit includes a robot arm, which is horizontally moved to supply or receive wafers to or from the bake chamber. The horizontal sensor monitors a position of the cover unit, such that whether the bake chamber is opened is determined. The controller selectively stops operation of the driving unit according to a height of the cover unit, while the bake chamber is opened.
