Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting chromaticity of a flat panel display and a method therefor are provided to realize video display having color reproducibility up to the maximum range of colors reproduced by a flat panel without distortion of colors. CONSTITUTION: A look-up table(100) divides color coordinates of a received gray scale signal into nine small domains, and stores transformed distance information calculated by corresponding the divided small domains with different divided domains of reference color coordinates, and stores correction values according to states of the gray scale signal. A chromaticity correcting unit(300) converts the gray scale signal by converting transformed distance information by an interpolation, and corrects the gray scale signal by extracting the correction values from the look-up table according to states of the converted gray scale signal.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display having an adaptive luminance increasing function, an apparatus and a method for driving the liquid crystal display are provided to control the luminance of a back light according to a gray-scale voltage level of video data so as to obtain higher contrast. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display having an adaptive luminance increasing function includes a timing controller(200), a back light(120), a back light driver(500), a gate driver(300), a data driver(400), and an LCD panel(110). The timing controller detects a picture requiring a high luminance level from video data to control a luminance level. The back light outputs lights. The back light driver outputs a high-level or low-level back light driving voltage to the back light. The gate driver outputs a scan signal, and the data driver outputs a video signal. The LCD panel is constructed of a plurality of gate lines for transmitting the scan signal, a plurality of data lines for transmitting the video signal, a switching element connected to each gate line and each data line, and a pixel electrode connected to the switching element to response to the operation of the switching element. The LCD panel displays the video signal according to the lights output from the back light.

PURPOSE: A push button switch device is provided to prevent effectively a malfunction by forming a transferring member between a button and a switch. CONSTITUTION: A power switch and a reset switch are formed with a push button switch, respectively. The push button switch includes a button(20), a switch unit(50), a transferring member(30), and a coil spring(40). The button(20) is vertically inserted into an insertion portion(3). The insertion portion(3) is formed with the first through-hole(5) and the second through-hole(7). The button(20) is formed with a push portion(21), a hanger portion(23), and a pressing portion(27). The switch unit(50) is arranged on the same axis as the button(20). The switch unit(50) has a pressed portion(51). The transferring member(30) is inserted between the button(20) and the switch unit(50) in order to transmit a pressure of the button to the pressed portion(51). The coil spring(40) is used for recovering the button(20) to an original position.

PURPOSE: A power transmission system of a washing machine is provided to reduce the parts for controlling the power according to the washing or dehydrating stroke and reduce noise by stably engaging first and second engagement elements with a buoyant case mounted in the center of a pulsator. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission system of a washing machine includes a power control element(220) for controlling rotation force received by a pulsator element(7) to be alternatively transmitted to a washing/dehydrating tub(6), and having a buoyant case(221) mounted in the center of the pulsator element to lift according to the existence of washing water, a first engagement element(222) mounted at a lower part of the pulsator element to rotate with the pulsator element and connected to the buoyant case via a connection rod for lifting with the buoyant case, and a second engagement element(223) provided to the washing/dehydrating tub to be engaged with or disengaged from the first engagement element according to the lifting of the first engagement element.

CONSTITUTION: A washing machine includes a connection shaft(41) aligned coaxially with a pulsator shaft to be connected to a predetermined electric motor, a fixed clutch element(63) for connecting the connection shaft with a driving shaft of a driving motor to rotate integrally, and a movable clutch element(67) mounted on a spin basket rotatably integrally and slidably in an axial line direction to be engaged with the fixed clutch element to rotate integrally when lowered.

PURPOSE: Power transfer device in a washer is provided which eliminates a decelerating tool to rotate a pulsator and a dewatering bath at the identical number so that it simplifies the structure. CONSTITUTION: In the power transfer device in the washer which contains a washing axis(100) which receives power to rotate the pulsator(36) and a dewatering axis(110) which receive power to rotate the dewatering bath(28), the power transfer device is characterized by connecting the washing axis to the pulsator to rotate the pulsator without decreasing speed and supporting the dewatering axis by the outer circumference of the washing axis wherein the lower edge is connected or separated to the washing axis by a clutch part or the upper edge is connected to the dewatering bath.

PURPOSE: A washing machine is provided to easily manage components and to improve the quality by previously and easily assembling components of a clutch guider in the upper part of a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A clutch guider(65) contains a clutch guide(73) to accept an upper clutch(63); a cam member(75) to guide a vertical movement of the clutch guide(73); a cam gear(77) to rotate the clutch guide(73); a driving gear(79) to rotate the cam gear(77) by gearing with the cam gear(77); and a housing(81) combined with the upper parts of the cam member(75) and the driving motor with combining bolts(76). Plural protrusions(83) are formed in the clutch guide(73). A cam profile(85) is formed in the cam member(75) to guide the vertical movement of the clutch guide(73) by contacting with the protrusions(83). A flange portion(89) is formed in the cam member(75). The cam gear(77) is loaded in the flange portion(89). Accepting grooves(91) are formed in the cam gear(77) to accept the protrusions(83). A driving lever(95) is installed in the driving gear(79) to transfer a rotation of a brake lever into the driving gear(79) by contacting with the brake lever.

PURPOSE: A motor-clutch assembly is provided to smoothly operate a clutch by increasing supporting force for an upper clutch. CONSTITUTION: A motor-clutch assembly of a direct connection type washing machine contains a motor(120) to generate driving force; a power transferring portion of agitating side to transfer the driving force into a pulsator; a power transferring portion of dehydrating side to transfer the driving force into a dehydrating tub; and a clutch portion to selectively connect or isolate the driving force through a cam. The clutch portion comprises a lower clutch fixed in a driving shaft of the motor; an upper clutch(161) combined with the power transferring portion of dehydrating side to be selectively combined or separated from the lower clutch; a clutch guide(163) to support the lower part of the upper clutch; a cam member(165) to guide the clutch guide; a cam gear(167) to vertically move the clutch guide through the cam member; and a lever gear(168) to rotate the cam gear. The washing machine is smoothly operated though the washing machine is inclined or shaken by firmly supporting the upper clutch through the clutch guide, the cam member and the cam gear. Moreover, the supporting force for the upper clutch is not reduced though a tension of the lever spring is weakened.

본 고안은 용제 도포기의 노즐 세정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 인쇄 회로 기판을 이송시킬 수 있는 이송 레일과, 이송되는 인쇄 회로 기판의 저면에 용제를 분사시킬 수 있는 분사 노즐과, 상기 분사 노즐과 용제 공급관에 의하여 연결된 용제 저장 탱크와, 상기 분사 노즐로 용제를 압축 분사시킬 수 있게 하는 압축기 및 압축 액츄에이터와, 상기 분사 노즐로부터 비산되는 용제를 포집할 수 있는 복수의 집진 필터를 포함하는 용제 도포기에 있어서, 상기 용제 저장 탱크와는 별도로 세정액 저장 탱크를 더 포함하고, 상기 세정액 저장 탱크는 상기 분사 노즐을 통하여 용제 분사 작업 후 세정액을 압축 분사시킬 수 있도록 용제 공급관 상에 병렬로 연결 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 고안에 의하면 인쇄 회로 기판 상에 용제를 도포할 때 일관되게 균일하고도 안정적인 도포를 실시할 수 있으므로 납땜 품질을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
