본원 발명은 폴리올레핀계 다공성 기재 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 유기 및 무기 혼합 코팅층을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 다공성 분리막으로서, 무기 입자가 a) 5 내지 90 nm의 평균 입경과 b) 150 내지 600 nm의 평균 입경으로 이루어진 군에서 각각 선택된 서로 다른 평균 입경의 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅층이 포함된, 열전도도 0.3 W/mk 이상인 폴리올레핀계 다공성 분리막을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a separator with excellent uniformity of material properties by preventing the separator from being dried before being injected to a dryer as water is supplied to the separator before the separator is injected to the drier after a diluent is extracted from the separator during the manufacturing of the separator. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a porous polyolefin-group separator which includes: formation of a sheet including a polyolefin-group resin and a diluent; extraction of the diluent from the sheet; and drying the sheet after the extraction to manufacture a separator. After the extraction of the diluent and before drying, water is supplied to the separator. Also, the present invention relates to a separator manufactured by the method described above and an electrochemical battery using the same.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a polyolefin-based porous separator. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a separator with improved tensile strength and thermal contraction rate by controlling a casting and a stretching process in a separator manufacturing process. Also, the present invention relates to a polyolefin-based porous separator which has excellent tensile strength and good thermal contraction rate and stingingness strength because the difference of the tensile strength in the horizontal and the vertical direction of the separator is small. Also, the present invention relates to an electrochemical battery which improves shape stability due to heat and tension by using the separator.

The present invention relates to a coating composite having excellent heat resistance and drying processing property by using polyamic acid with high heat-resistance and excellent solubility to a low boiling point solvent. Particularly, the present invention relates to a coating composite containing polyamic acid and a low boiling point solvent of a low boiling point of less than 150 °C.
