Abstract:
PURPOSE: A water-tight processing method for concrete surfaces using microbial culture medium which contains calcium acetate is provided to enhance water-tightness, intensity, and durability of the concrete by precipitating calcium carbonate crystal within air gaps of a concrete surface. CONSTITUTION: A water-tight processing method for concrete surfaces using microbial culture medium which contains calcium acetate comprises the following steps: preparing a culture medium for cultivating urea decomposing microorganisms by adding 2.2g/L of NaHCO3 L, 10g/L of ammonium chloride and 10g/L of urea to water; making a saturated culture medium by cultivating microorganisms in the culture medium; making a calcium-added culture medium by adding calcium acetate to the saturated culture medium; and precipitating calcium carbonate crystallization(31) in air gaps(11) of a concrete surface by contacting a target watertight processed concrete(10) surface with the calcium added culture medium.

본 발명은 미닫이문의 프레임 사이의 틈새로 소음이 통과하거나 공기가 소통하여 열손실이 발생하는 것을 효과적으로 방지하여 차음성 및 단열성을 향상시킨 가압롤러부재를 이용한 새로운 구조의 미닫이문의 밀폐구조 및 가압롤러 밀폐구조를 가지는 미닫이문짝에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 제1 및 제2 문짝(100, 200)의 서로 마주보는 수직 프레임(101, 201) 중 어느 하나의 수직 프레임의 마주보는 면에는, 회전 가능한 롤러(41)와, 스프링을 구비하고 있어 상기 롤러(41)가 수직 프레임의 내측으로 탄성적으로 신축할 수 있도록 지지하는 탄성지지부재(42)를 포함하고 있어 롤러(41)가 탄성적으로 신축가능하게 되는 구성의 가압롤러부재(40)가 구비되어 있고; 타측 수직 프레임의 마주보는 면에는 회전 가능한 롤러가 구비되어 있어; 미닫이문이 닫힐 때 일측 수직 프레임에 구비된 가압롤러부재(40)의 롤러(41)가 타측 수직 프레임의 회전 가능한 롤러와 닿으면서 각각의 롤러가 회전함과 동시에 상기 가압롤러부재(40)의 롤러(41)가 눌려져서 수축하면서 타측의 회전 가능한 롤러를 타 넘어가게 되어, 각각의 롤러가 서로에 대해 가압 밀착한 상태가 되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 미닫이문의 밀폐구조와, 이러한 밀폐구조를 가지는 미닫이문짝이 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A soundproof structure for a sliding door using a pressing roller is provided to improve durability and soundproof performance by being installed in a door or a door frame. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof structure for a sliding door comprises an elastic support member(13), a main roller(12), an auxiliary roller(22), and an auxiliary pressing roller member(21). The elastic support member comprises a rotatable main roller and a spring. The elastic support member supports the main roller to be elastically expanded and contracted to the inner side of a first door(1). The main roller is installed on the closing side of the door capable of being elastically expanded and contracted. The auxiliary roller is projected form the closing side of a second door(2).

PURPOSE: Thick aggregates for electromagnetic interference shielding concrete in which metal powders are coated and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the concrete display excellent performance for shielding electromagnetic wave and to use the metal powders for the concrete without additional washing process and drying process. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive layer(2) is formed on the surface of thick aggregates(1) for electromagnetic interference shielding concrete. Metal powders(3) adhere to the adhesive layer. A coating film is included on the surface of the thick aggregates. The coating film consists of an adhesive and prevents the fall of the metal powder from the thick aggregate. A method for manufacturing the thick aggregates comprises the following steps: forming the adhesive layer on a part of the surface of the thick aggregate using the adhesive; and making the metal powders adhering to the adhesive layer.
