Abstract:
본 발명은 감마선 조사 (또는 전자선 조사) 및 미생물 효소처리 융합 기술을 이용하여 해조류로부터 알지네이트 올리고당 및 휘발성 지방산(Volatile fatty acid)을 생산하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 식품내 방사선 허용기준 범위에서 감마선을 조사한 후 알지네이트 라이아제를 처리하는 것으로 고준위의 감마선 조사 (또는 전자선)에 따른 고비용 및 안정성 문제와 효소를 이용한 생물학적 방법의 낮은 생산수율을 극복할 수 있으며 친환경적이면서 높은 수율로 알지네이트 올리고당 및 휘발성 지방산(Volatile fatty acid)을 생산할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention provides RbFTL-3 protein, nucleic acid molecules coding RbFTL-3, a fish cell transformed to the nucleic acid molecules, a composition inhibiting viral hemorrhagic septisemia virus (VHSV) infection comprising the nucleic acid molecules, and a method for inhibiting VHSV of fish. The nucleic acid molecules used in the present invention are involved in inhibition of VHSV infection of a fish cell, and if overexpression of RbFTL-3 protein is induced by transforming the fish cell using the nucleic acid molecules, VHSV infectiousness is reduced. The nucleic acid molecules of the present invention can be used for developing drugs having resistance to infection of VHSV. According to the present invention, mortality of fish caused by VHSV infection can be reduced, thereby securing fish resources.

PURPOSE: A method for isolating hepatitis A virus or spring viremia of carp is provided to quickly and accurately isolate hepatitis A virus or spring viremia of carp from a sample containing virus. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating hepatitis A virus or spring viremia of carp comprises the steps of: binding magnetic bead-conjugated protein G with anti-hepatitis A virus antibody or anti-rhabdovirus antibody to prepare a virus probe; making the virus probe and a sample to be analyzed come in contact to form a virus probe-virus complex; and isolating the virus probe-virus complex.
