Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyhedral photo-bioreactor is provided to increase an area to be irradiated with light, and to enhance light transmittance by having a polyhedral structure. CONSTITUTION: A polyhedral photo-bioreactor comprises a reaction sheet(1), a carbon dioxide supply unit(2), and an oxygen discharge unit(3). The reaction sheet receives microalgae and a culture medium. The carbon dioxide supply unit supplies carbon dioxide into the inside of the reaction sheet. The oxygen discharge unit discharges oxygen decomposed from carbon dioxide by microalgae photosynthesis. The reaction sheet is formed of a transparent vinyl material.

PURPOSE: A microalgae photo-bioreactor and a method for producing microalgae using the same are provided to continuously supply soft plastic bags in a desired length, and to quickly collect the cultured microalgae. CONSTITUTION: A photo-bioreactor for microalgae has a plastic bag(1) capable of being continuously supplied to a hanger(2) formed on the ground in a predetermined height. A sealing device(5) is coupled at the lower portion of the plastic bag, and has a carbon dioxide supply unit(3) and an oxygen discharge unit. The sealing device has a stopper(51) and a cap(52). The carbon dioxide supply unit has a supply pipe(32) and a pump(33).

본 발명은 티오캅사 로세오페르시키나 NCIB 8347의 고농도 배양방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 홍색 유황 광합성세균인 티오캅사 로세오페르시키나 NCIB 8347을 탄소원으로 아세테이트를 포함하는 배지에 광합성 독립영양 조건으로 배양하여 고농도 균체를 배양하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 티오캅사 로세오페르시키나 NCIB 8347은 탄소원으로 아세테이트를 포함하는 배지를 사용한 광합성 독립영양 조건에서 배양하여 균체 성장을 최대로 할 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 많은 양의 하이드로게나아제를 생산할 수 있다. 홍색 유황 광합성세균, 티오캅사 로세오페르시키나, 수소생산
